Your humble guide on this little spiritual journey of yours.
This guided meditation is here to help you to connect and share love and support with your inner child.
Most of us don't even realize that we can have this connection.
We neglect and don't take care of our inner child.
So I invite you today to become open-minded and heal your little self.
If you are ready,
Let's begin.
Please find a comfortable position for yourself either seated or lying down.
Make sure nothing will disturb you during this practice.
And now take a deep breath in through your nose and a deep breath out through your mouth.
Try to connect and fully concentrate on your breathing right now.
So let's inhale on the count of 4.
Hold for a few seconds and exhale on the count of 6.

Hold.
Exhale 1,
2,
3,
4,
5,
6.
Inhale 1,
2,
3,
4,
Hold.
Exhale 1,
2,
3,

And let's do it one more time.
Inhale 1,

And exhale 1,

Take a few more deep breaths,
Trying to let go of everything.
Let all your worries disappear.
All your thoughts are leaving your mind right now,
Making it calm and quiet.
And now you are fully relaxed and calm.
Your mind is free from all the distractions.
You are ready to meet your inner child.
Imagine that you are standing in the middle of a vast meadow.
The grass is so tall that it's reaching your knees.
And you can hear the wind blowing and the grass is gently touching your bare skin.
You look around and you see an infinite blue sky with a few white clouds running smoothly.
There is a sea of various bright colorful flowers in front of you.
You can hear the birds chirping and it makes you feel so comfortable and at peace.
You are fully connecting with nature.
You are in a safe place.
And when you are ready,
Look in front of you and you will see the beginning of the forest with its beautiful green leafy trees.
I invite you to start walking towards the forest.
It attracts you and you almost feel like it's whispering your name.
You are slowly walking and walking towards this large green space.
And now you've reached the first trees and you allow yourself to step inside this magical woodland.
You know that soon you are going to experience something beautiful and very meaningful to you.
Continue your stroll down the magnificent pond between tall leafy green trees.
And I'd like to invite you to look around yourself.
You can hear animals making noises in the distance,
Birds are chirping and you can sense the light breeze on your skin and it all makes you feel at peace.
It is very warm and bright,
Only the leaves create a lovely shade for you.
And before you continue walking deeper and deeper down the forest,
Allow yourself to see a path between the trees.
And when you are ready you can start following it,
Paying attention to your sensations.
Keep walking until you notice an unusually large tree with a wooden bench next to it.
Allow yourself to keep walking towards it and noticing that there is a child sitting on it.
Allow yourself to get closer and closer with an open heart and mind.
As you feel deep inside that this encounter is extremely important and needed for you right now.
And now you've reached the bench.
And I'm inviting you to sit next to the child.
You look closer and you realize that this little child is you.
You are so happy to finally meet.
I invite you to have a closer look at the child.
How old is this child?
What does he or she wear?
What does the child do?
And now it is the magical time for you to reunite with your little self.
This reunion is extremely important.
So move a little bit closer,
Say hello and try to be very gentle and calm.
And when you are ready look at this beautiful child and ask them how are you feeling right now?
And give the child as much time to reply and allow yourself to hear the answer.
And now you can ask the next question,
What do you need right now?
What do you want most of all right now and wait for answers to come?
And now after you've heard what the child desires allow yourself to give them what they are needed the most in the best possible way for you.
Give yourself as much time as you need here.
And if you haven't received any answer that's ok too.
And now after you've satisfied the needs of the child pay attention to the way how their state is changing.
What can you notice?
Be very supportive and protective.
Allow yourself to hug this beautiful little human being and imagine how your heart fills up with love.
Perhaps you can imagine the pink color or rainbow color starting to form inside of your chest.
And when you're ready imagine how this love fills up your whole body and you share it with the child.
Slowly and gradually both of you are emanating with this gorgeous pink color and you feel deeply connected.
And now it's time to ask the child,
Perhaps here she has something precious to give to you.
Is there anything important you'd love to pass to me?
Perhaps it's a very important gift?
It can be an object or just a few words or anything else.
Whatever it is,
It is what you have to see or hear at this very moment.
Ask the child and wait for their reply.
And when you are able to see the gift allow yourself to accept it with gratitude,
Whatever it is and place it in your heart to keep it safely there.
What does this gift mean to you?
I'm not sure what gift is it but I'm pretty sure that in the very near future you'll be able to receive a maximum positive effect from it and use it for your highest good.
And now it's time to say goodbye to each other.
When you're ready be very grateful to your inner child and tell them that you will always be here and will never leave for long again.
Slowly say goodbye and leave the child.
Start moving away from the bench,
Down the path you came here.
And now you're back in the forest,
You're experiencing the same beautiful scenery and slowly keep moving towards the meadow you started your journey from.
And now you're finding yourself back in the meadow,
Surrounded by the flowers and tall grass.
The forest stayed far behind you.
Slowly and very carefully start to wiggle your toes,
Move your fingers,
Take a few deep breaths and gradually bring yourself back to your body.
And when you're ready you can open your eyes trying to cherish inside of you all this experience and all the gifts you received.
Try not to rush and give yourself as much time as you need to come back.
