Hello my beautiful soul and welcome to this guided meditation.
My name is Julia Bondar,
I am a Transformational Coach and Reiki Master and Teacher.
Many of us live our lives by setting goals,
Making plans and having multiple dreams.
Unfortunately a lot of times we fail to get where we are aiming for,
We get upset,
Depressed and angry.
So today I invite you to travel to your future,
Where all your dreams came through already and where you can have an opportunity to meet your happy self there and ask them for a piece of advice and guidance.
If you are ready,
Let's begin.
Please find the most comfortable position and make sure you won't be disturbed during the whole practice.
You are welcome to sit or lie down,
Whatever makes your body feel at ease and fully relaxed.
And now slowly close your eyes if you haven't already done so.
And to help you to relax even more I'd like you to take a deep breath in,
Hold for a few seconds and breathe out.
Let's take a few more deep breaths.
Inhale,
Hold,
Exhale.
Take a few breaths on your own to make you feel more and more relaxed.
And now I'd like you to think about the intention for this practice.
You can think about your biggest dream,
Goal or plan or it can be a situation in your current life which doesn't seem to sort itself out for some time and it makes you stressed.
Or it can be a simple question about something that bothers you or you just simply would like to know the answer to.
I'll give you some time to choose your intention right now.
And now after setting up your intention we are going to embark on a beautiful journey to meet your future self.
I'm inviting you to stay with your eyes closed and imagine yourself standing on the top of the imaginary line of your life.
This line is very very long and it's impossible to see the end of it.
What color is the line?
Is it thick or thin?
Which direction is the future?
Which direction is the past?
You are in the present now.
And I'd like you to imagine that you slowly starting to float above your timeline and moving towards your future.
Ask yourself how far would you like to go?
It can be any period of time.
Six months,
One year,
Two years,
Five.
You have to choose the time frame for yourself.
Where your intention,
Your dream came true or your goal is achieved or the difficult situation is sorted.
And after you've determined your time frame allow yourself to float above your timeline until the chosen period of time and stop right there.
And now you're floating above your chosen time period.
You look down and you can see yourself in the future.
Slowly allow yourself to move down towards the future you.
You are moving closer and closer,
You are taking your time,
Move with the most comfortable speed for yourself.
And now you're in the future standing in front of your future self,
Future self who has made your dream came true or achieved the goal you're struggling with now.
Look at yourself and say hello.
What is your future self wearing?
What is he or she doing?
How is he or she feeling?
Now you have an amazing opportunity to ask your future self.
What is the most important thing I have to do right now to make my dream come true?
Ask the question about your intention and wait for an answer.
Give yourself as much time as you need to hear the answer.
Now it's time to ask the next question.
What blocks me the most right now?
What do I have to let go of?
Ask and wait for your future self to provide you with a reply.
What blocks me the most right now?
What do I have to let go of?
And it's time for the last question.
Is there any gift you'd like to give me which can help me with my intention right now?
Ask and patiently wait as long as you need.
The gift can be just a simple word or some object or a hug or anything else.
Is there any gift you'd like to give me?
Let me know what gift you are receiving but I know for sure that it's very beneficial for you and for your inner growth.
Allow yourself to receive this beautiful and precious gift with gratitude.
Try to sense how it makes you feel inside.
Know that you'll be able to cherish this feeling.
And now it's time to go back to the present.
Say goodbye to your future self in the most appropriate way for you right now.
Perhaps you'd like to give them a hug,
Shake a hand or maybe just say goodbye.
Whatever option you choose is the right one for you.
And when you're ready allow yourself to slowly float above your timeline leaving your future self in the future.
You are slowly moving further and further away and now you are almost not able to see your future self down there.
Slowly you start moving back to the present,
Down the line.
Allow yourself as much time as you need.
And now you can see your present,
You're gradually floating down,
Lower and lower until you're back to your present self.
Give yourself a bit of time to adjust,
Remind yourself about all the answers and suggestions you've just received from your future self and most importantly make sure you remember about the gift if you received any.
And now it's time to go back to the present.
So you can slowly start moving your toes,
Your fingers,
Perhaps move your head side to side,
Take a deep breath in and on your exhale when you're ready you can slowly open your eyes.
And I'm very grateful for you trusting me to guide you today.
