Hi my beautiful soul and welcome to this guided Reiki meditation.

My name is Julia and my main mission as a Reiki healer is to assist you on your healing journey today.

In this meditation we are going to concentrate on healing your pain whether it is physical or emotional.

Whether you've tried Reiki before or not it is going to provide its healing power anyway.

Please make sure to find a quiet space where you can allow yourself to not be disturbed and be relaxed as much as possible.

Reiki energy flows the best when you allow it to come,

When you provide your consent and when you relax your body.

So now take a deep breath in,

Fill up your lungs with lots of air and exhale with a sigh for me.

Take a couple more breaths like that.

With each exhale imagining how all your stress and tiredness disappear from your body.

One more time.

Slowly start closing your eyes,

Find a comfortable position and allow your body to relax.

Take your time,

There is no rush.

When you start feeling your body is ready,

Imagine a beautiful pink lotus flower opening its petals above your head and facing the sky.

This beautiful lotus flower is going to attract Reiki energy from the source and direct it towards the source of your pain.

Try to connect with your pain right now,

Whether it's physical pain somewhere in your body or perhaps you might be having an acute pain or maybe you're having some type of ongoing disease or you are having an emotional pain which sometimes is even stronger than physical pain for us to experience.

So connect with that pain right now,

Just allow it to be there without trying to react and change it in any way.

Acknowledge it.

And now bring your awareness to the lotus above your head and we are going to call upon Reiki energy to flow to you.

Quietly in your mind or out loud repeat after me.

I now ask Reiki to flow to me and heal the pain I am experiencing.

I'm going to call upon Reiki spirit guides Yosui,

Hayashi and Takata to assist us today to help you with healing your pain.

Start visualizing Reiki energy as a strong beam of light flowing from the source in the sky towards your lotus flower.

It might be easier for you to imagine the color of Reiki energy.

It can be pink,

Gold or purple,

Whatever color comes to you.

And now allow Reiki to spread through your body and come all the way from the flower through your head down to your neck,

Your shoulders and arms all the way towards your hands.

Reiki always works through the hands so now bring your attention to your palms and try to connect with them as much as you can.

Become aware of your hands.

Try to sense what is happening there right now and how they connect to Reiki.

Give yourself as much time as you need.

You might experience some warmness or tingling sensations in your hands or you might not feel anything at all and that is totally normal too.

Whatever you feel allow it to be there without forcing.

Reiki energy is going to do its job anyway.

And now we are going to place your hands on the part of your body where you are experiencing pain.

If your pain is physical and you're able to reach that spot or that organ where you have the pain,

Place your hands there.

If it's hard for you to reach that part,

Perhaps it's somewhere in your back or your legs,

Just place your hands as close as possible to that spot and visualize how the Reiki energy flows from there toward the source of pain.

If your pain is emotional,

Allow yourself to connect with your pain right now and try to sense where in your body this emotional pain is stored.

Bring your awareness.

When you manage to feel and find the spot,

Just place your hands right there.

And now I'm going to give you a couple of moments where I'm going to stop guiding you and you're going to concentrate on the Reiki energy flowing towards your pain and provide healing for you.

Connect with Reiki and allow it to bring you healing.

I'll come back in a couple of moments.

Slowly,

Slowly start moving your hands away from the spot where you were holding them and just bring them next to your body in the relaxed position.

Take a deep breath in and breath out.

Repeat it a couple of times.

Now bring your attention back to the lotus above your head,

Imagining how it is closing its petals and Reiki energy is going back to the source.

I invite you to say some words of gratitude towards Reiki in the best possible way for you.

And are you also grateful to spirits?

Thank you for guiding us today and for assisting and helping with the healing.

Remember that Reiki always works and sometimes it requires a couple of days to start feeling its healing power.

And now it's time to check in with yourself.

How do you feel right now?

How is the level of your pain?

Do you notice any difference?

Start slowly bringing yourself back.

Stretch your body gently,

Move your fingers,

Wiggle your toes,

Take deep breaths.

And when you're ready you can slowly open your eyes.

I hope you will feel much better soon and your pain will disappear.
