Welcome,
My beautiful soul,
I am so honored you are here with me for this healing journey.
This is a safe space for you to connect with your inner world,
To bring gentle light to the parts of you that feel unseen,
Unworthy or held in silence.
Today we will love in the meat and begin to heal the energy of shame.
Take a moment to find a comfortable position,
Allow your body to rest and gently close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and slowly exhale through your mouth.
Let's do that again,
Inhale deeply and exhale.
One more time,
Deep inhale and release.
Allow your breath to guide you deeper and deeper into the sanctuary of your being.
Keep breathing slowly,
With every breath feel yourself softening,
Imagine golden roots growing from your body into the earth.
You are safe,
You are held,
You are supported by something far greater than yourself.
Now gently scan your body from head to toe,
Noticing any areas of tension,
Tightness or motion.
Let yourself settle deeper.
There is no rush,
Nothing to fix,
Just awareness and presence.
Now with compassion allow your heart to bring forth a memory,
A moment in your life when you felt shame.
It could be from childhood,
From a relationship,
From a recent experience,
Might be something small or something that still echoes in your heart.
Whatever comes,
Let it arise gently,
No judgement,
No resistance,
Just notice.
Let yourself see that moment,
Where are you?
What is happening?
What are you feeling?
What are you believing about yourself in that moment?
Now bring your attention to your body,
Where do you feel this shame the most?
Allow yourself to connect with your physical body right now.
Is it in your chest,
Your throat,
Your stomach,
Your heart,
Where is this shame?
Place a gentle hand on that part of your body if it feels safe and start breathing into it.
Let this part know I see you,
I am here with you now.
Take a couple of deep breaths to really connect with this part of yourself.
Now speak to this part of your body with love.
You can repeat in your mind a whisper softly,
Dear one,
I am so sorry you had to carry this shame,
You are not bad,
You are not broken,
You were trying to protect me,
Thank you for holding this pain,
I am ready to listen to you now.
And now ask this part of your body and wait for the answers to come.
What do you want to show me?
What are you trying to protect me from?
What are you afraid might happen if you let go?
Listen with your heart that whatever arises be enough.
Even if it's silence,
Trust that healing is happening.
And now allow yourself to ask,
What do you need from me to feel safe again?
How can I love you better from now on?
Breathe,
Stay present,
Let love wash over this place within you.
Take another deep breath and imagine a soft,
Golden light surrounding that part of your body.
Let it be bathed in warmth,
In compassion,
In your soul's love.
Repeat these words,
Letting them land in your heart.
I am worthy of love.
I am letting go of shame with gratitude.
I am safe to be seen.
I forgive myself for believing I was not enough.
I welcome all parts of me with love.
And now feel yourself growing lighter,
More whole,
More free.
Take one final breath into your heart and exhale with a soft sigh.
Place both hands over your heart and whisper,
I am here.
I choose love.
I am healing.
And when you're ready,
Gently bring your awareness back into the space around you.
Wiggle your fingers,
Your toes.
And you can start slowly bringing yourself back,
Opening your eyes.
And know that this healing has already begun.
You can return to this practice anytime.

You are enough,
You are free.
