Relax! This is the first in a three part series of Self-Care Reiki relaxation meditations. Perfect for caregivers to re-centre when you need a break from caregiving duties. As well, it's an easy centring technique for anyone to use when you feel the need. In this meditation, you will use the tips of your fingers and thumbs positioned along the midline of your body, then relaxed on your lap to experience the relaxation affect that accompanies this position. You will hear the Celtic harp in each meditation, being played by my young granddaughter, Sadie.
