Consider this as a gentle time of respite from caregiving that you are gifting yourself while you enjoy your first morning coffee or bedtime chamomile. In this meditation, you will hold a warm cup of coffee or tea or some other favourite warm drink and hold it throughout, as you do some gentle neck exercises. The warmth in your hands is central to your relaxation as you breathe in concert with neck movements. Relax and enjoy!
