Julien has been a yoga teacher for over four years, based in New Zealand but currently living in Mexico. He enjoys practicing and teaching Hatha-Vinyasa Yoga, while also incorporating Yin Yoga into his own sessions. Passionate about the connection between movement and mental well-being, Julien creates guided practices to help listeners find relaxation, balance, and calm in their daily lives. Through mindful guidance, he aims to support mental health and foster a deeper sense of ease and presence.
