Meditation Timer OnlineJeremy has been meditating since before he knew what that was—as a little boy, he invented his own meditations to stop asthma attacks before puffers existed, as well as to fight off sickness. While meditation has always helped Jeremy with life's peaks and valleys, he has been meditating more seriously for about about 10 years—Ram Dass suggested that one's favourite meditations can dry up, and Jeremy has found some tactile tricks that help to keep fresh some of the golden oldies, and to slow the mind from getting into the weeds. In that he has been enjoying Insight Timer for so many years, Jeremy decided that he wanted to give back by sharing some of his meditations. He has been an educator for 30 years.
