Fingers and toes meditation starts first to get grounded, then heads into a sustained body awareness meditation that looks at bringing health and positive energy to body parts and organs. This is my favourite body based awareness technique. We will start with some body and energy awareness, followed by moving healing figure eight energy imagery throughout the body and organs towards creating healthy feelings, healing energy, and positive energy around one’s own body. If your mind wanders, like mine does, there is enough to keep the mind on the meditative task.
