In Witness

In all the stories of our Life we have known many journeys and witnessed immense contrast. Like a library of books, each book of our participation in Life is noted and that awareness is held within our Being now. Ask your Being - Who Am I - that I have been able to be in so many variations of the existence of my Soul. We are held, Guided and Loved. Do this Journey with all your Heart and Soul.

So we're going to drop into that beautiful heart just for a moment feeling that energy now,

The divine heart.

We're breathing into this beautiful being.

The flow of life comes in with the breath.

As the breath flows into the being,

The flow of life comes in.

We welcome in our guides,

Divine presence and the highest vibration of light and love.

And we imagine this is pouring into us like standing in a shower of divine light where you are now in the space that you are allowing yourself to receive this.

Feel as if you can just drop,

Drop,

Drop into the arms of gravity.

Be held here.

Know that this is a sanctuary that you are releasing yourself into.

There's nothing that you need to do,

No performance,

No doing,

No fixing,

No story.

Become aware that you are the being that knows the story because you've had this beautiful human being that has helped you to interact and connect and collide with life.

And thank this human being and the feelings that we have in this human being.

And also understand that what we are feeling is so limited.

We are perceiving our life and our being by the connections around us,

Nature and life and people.

And we are perceiving through the five senses that there are so many other ways to know.

We are relying on what it is that is coming into us through the five senses.

When we understand how the brain works,

We understand how limited and confusing and fragmented that actually is.

What we perceive through our vision and our hearing and taste and touch and smell that comes into different parts of our brain.

And each part of our brain that is designed to connect into that awareness gathers the information that has come in in a fragmented way.

We don't look deeply into things and get all the information,

We just get enough for the brain to say,

I've got enough and I understand.

And all this information moves to the hippocampus and then that part of our being assimilates it and tries to make sense of it.

And then these minute fractions of a second gives us the information as if it is complete and it is not.

It is highly fragmented.

There is limited perception.

Whatever we are seeing,

We are feeling and sensing around us,

It is limited.

The only way that we can see the absolute and the truth is if we can move beyond the space into a higher frequency.

And we thank this body for knowing how to receive this limited form of awareness.

And we are very thankful for knowing how to receive this limited form of information and perceiving it as we do as our human being.

We understand our stories,

The drama,

The karma,

The history.

We understand from this life,

This journey and those with whom we are journeying.

And we let that part of us be known to us as if it is one book in a library.

And we so lovingly put that book down.

And we look at the vast space that is around us and we notice that there are many books and we have been in those too.

And while we were reading them,

We became so obsessed and so into it,

So drawn into the characters and the games that we absolutely believed ourselves that that was the reality.

And at the end of the book we still had that sense,

We had that aura of energy,

Awareness still hanging over us for a while until we picked up the next book.

And so we hold many awarenesses,

Many perceptions.

From all the lives that we have been part of,

All the journeys,

We have been so absolutely convinced,

The allure of our performance has convinced us that that was our reality.

But it is only a fragment.

We ask now that we can rest ourselves and know that we are in this library with all the books of our journeys and that we allow ourselves to be here now in witness of the space that we are in now.

I am not going to open any book and pick up any story,

Any history,

But I am going to view all of the stories with immense love and compassion,

These beautiful books,

These notes of our great struggle to survive as a species.

And I see this library as a place of our courage and courage to be here.

And I see this library as a library of our courage and strength,

Fortitude,

Determination and stubbornness.

And I take this library of our energy as a great gift that has been passed on to me through all these stories.

In all the threads where I find myself within them,

I see myself as the one who can see me.

I see me clearly.

I have always found a way.

I have been willing to be in the deepest places of pain and despair.

I have known many journeys.

I have witnessed immense pain and hardship of the human journey.

Take this energy as absolute courage.

It takes great courage to look at the pain.

It is so much easier for us to play the game of distraction,

Denial,

Deflection,

And we do that too until we are so tired that we just cannot play another game.

And we let ourselves come into this space,

Allowing ourselves to just be,

Sweet surrender,

Close the books and be in the space with all that data.

And breathe into the acknowledgement that this beautiful being knows so much.

Notice that there is a thread within every single book here.

And ask your being,

What is that thread?

Ask your being,

Who am I that I have been able to be in so many ways and so many lives and journeys.

Who am I?

As you ask this question through your daily mortal journey,

If you find yourself just stopping for a moment,

Go and look in a mirror and ask that question,

Who am I?

And be very quiet.

For a little while your brain will tell you who you are depending on what it is that it is reflecting.

And then close your eyes and ask again,

Who am I?

Without what it is that defines me through the reflections that have been given to me and feel it in your heart and your soul,

Who am I?

And feel it in your heart and soul,

The divine being of light and love.

The healer that has come through many times and journeys stepped into timelines with immense grace and graciousness.

Carrying an awareness.

See yourself like a single drop of light filled with the divine light.

That beautiful drop that drops itself into a body of water,

Into a timeline,

Into a family,

Into a story.

For what purpose?

The endlessness of the stories that we share with you wears us out to a point of absolute exhaustion.

We cannot keep playing the roles.

There has to be a point where we get off the stage and ask ourselves what is the story that I keep playing out here?

Who am I drawing onto the stage of my life to be?

What are the roles we're taking and why are we taking them?

What is the story about?

We ask these questions of our being and when we do this we step right out of the place of victimhood and self-pity and hardship and suffering.

We understand that the suffering and the hardship was part of the production.

It is contrast that reveals truth and we are seeking truth now.

What is shown up time after time?

What is my soul's knowing?

We come from absolute light.

We are absolute light.

There is no disparity or duality,

No despair.

There is only love,

Compassion and kindness.

We assume in every journey that we will just remember that and we will be that and it won't take long to do the healing but the allure of the production is so immense it pulls us in.

And then we start to play the role and we become very convinced about who we are playing.

And we draw onto the stage of our production all those who will help us to see what it is.

We can only see in this reality when we connect with others,

When the reflection is offered to us,

When there is a time and a place and an atmosphere into which we can place our five senses.

But there are more senses.

There is heightened awareness,

Clairvoyance,

Clairaudience,

Clairsentience,

Claircognizance,

Mental telepathy,

Remote viewing.

We are just starting to connect into those and there is so much more beyond that.

We are just starting to awaken and those who are coming in as light beings are bringing the light in so that we can awaken.

Remember who you are.

I am a divine being,

A healer through all time.

With all my heart and all my soul I ask now that I can hold the energy of compassion,

Love and kindness.

I ask for the complete release of all signals of pain,

Hardship and despair that have impacted upon the human form,

The organs,

The meridians,

The mind and body.

I ask now for the release of those great cords of betrayal through all time.

We imagine that in the stories that are in the literature around us that we can identify every thread of betrayal and we ask now that we can pull this out of our human story.

I release with all my heart and all my soul the story of abandonment.

We imagine if we were to pull a plug out of a bath and let that water run out,

Let it run out now.

There is no need for me to carry the story in ready anymore because I am not the story.

I am the healer of the story.

I see myself outside of the story in this room that contains all awareness and I am the healer here.

I am the one that holds the light so that I can see the stories.

I release let go through all time,

All fields,

All dimensions,

All the impact points of abandonment and despair,

Pain,

Betrayal.

I release that now with all my heart and all my soul.

We are going to pull this out of your magnetic field now,

Taking the gentle breath through your body.

Every single cord of pain and hardship and suffering,

Imagine with every breath that you are sweeping this clear and it is coming out of your magnetic field.

We are letting the plug,

Pulling it out,

The water runs down,

No more need to sit in that body of water.

Let it go,

I release,

Let go and eliminate.

I eliminate through mind,

Body and soul all oaths,

Vows,

Curses,

Promises,

Memberships and associations with all the hardship and the despair of our human story,

The frailty,

The fear,

The pain,

The suffering,

The horror,

The torture.

I release this,

The energy of shock,

Foreboding.

I release this for me and my line backwards and forwards through all time.

I release this now.

Imagine that we can just pull out all of these codes.

They have served us well because without them we would not know what it is that we can choose now and what it is that we would never choose again.

Think about all the points of pain through all time.

I release,

Let go and eliminate and as we do,

We imagine this water just running out,

Running out,

Running out.

It has served us well,

We see,

We know,

I understand.

I know what I would never choose again,

Let it go.

All the stories,

All the history,

The drama,

The karma,

The despair.

I release the codes and codes of survival and suffering.

I let that go,

That trajectory that we were on has served us to choose the one that we would love now,

That we know is our truth and our inheritance.

Choose that now.

Choose now.

What would I choose with all my heart and all my soul?

What would I choose now?

Choose now.

Feel in your heart the absolute love,

Compassion for all life.

Feel from the heart and your soul as the divine healer that you are.

If I could radiate an energy into this matrix now,

If I could stand here like a beacon of light,

Connected back to the divine essence of who I absolutely am,

If I can stand here and feel this that I know is absolute and truth,

I have never forgotten it,

Not through all the stories.

The longing has always shown me the way home.

I connect to that now.

There is love here within my being.

I hold it as a central column and through this beautiful being I am bedded into this earth.

I stand as a portal of light.

I anchor this energy and connect it and as I hold it here,

I hold it for all life.

For those who still come,

At the moment that they stand upon this earth,

Their soul awakens.

They feel this vibration through the soles of their feet and it awakens their souls.

We are standing in a land,

An earth and in a life that is filled with integrity.

And the next experience that we are welcoming into the human connection is that we will know how to stand here and continue to choose this.

And I will stand here like a light portal and anchor it,

Like a lighthouse in a dark night,

Anchored and strong,

Powerful,

And just hold your space and radiate the light.

Those who will see,

We imagine that we hold a space with immense integrity,

Kindness and compassion.

But what it is that we would love to bring in for all humans,

Standing in the place where they are in this life.

And all of us recreating an energy field and then go a little higher and look at what it looks like.

When one drop drops into a body of water,

The ripple opens.

When another drop is near it,

There is an overlapping of the energy circle.

And then imagine that there are many,

Many who are creating these energy circles.

And as they overlap,

We see from way above this is the divine design,

The flower of life.

One overlaps into the other.

In the intersection of our lives,

We are amplifying the energy enormously here.

No more are we thinking about ourselves in a fractal way,

Fragmented.

We are seeing ourselves as whole and complete and clear.

We radiate that unconditional love to all those with whom we share this life.
