Noticing the temperature of your body,

And feeling the pace and rhythm of your breath.

Now turning your attention to your sense of touch,

What is your body touching right now?

Now turning your attention to your sense of sight,

Can you name and describe what you see?

Now turning your attention to your sense of hearing,

Could you name and describe what you're hearing?

Going now to your sense of smell,

Could you name and describe what you smell here?

Now turning your attention to your sense of taste,

Could you name and describe what you taste right now?

And now name what you want to release,

As you take some deep mindful breaths.
