And my fears start running,

I return to my breath.

I create the space for clarity before action.

I am moving through chaos with intention,

Purpose,

And focus.

I am connected to my calm.

My calm is anchoring me throughout this day.

I'm carrying calm with me into every situation.

I think clearly,

And I speak clearly.

I remain clear and collected.
