I am connecting with my breath.
I am breathing in my natural rhythm.
I am noticing the space around my head and my neck and shoulders.
I am connecting with my breath.
Acknowledging the space around my chest and arms.
I am connecting with my breathing and feeling the air around my hands and hips.
I feel the sensation of every part of my breath and I am aware of the air around the top of my legs,
The middle of my legs,
And the bottom of my legs.
I am breathing naturally and comfortably.
I notice the air around my feet and my toes.
I am here.
I feel present.
I feel safe.
I notice where the air is.
As I breathe in and as I breathe out,
I feel the movement of my body responding to each breath.
I am choosing to meditate here.
I embrace a deeper breathing.
I am accepting every part of me.
I am warm and comfortable.
I am relaxed and comfortable.
I am safe and comfortable.
Easy breathing.
This is my time to connect with myself.
To feel and hear myself breathing.
I am connecting with my breath.
And I am connecting with me.
