Sinking deeper into this moment,
Feeling your body deepening its relaxation now,
Keeping your breath relaxed.
I just give myself time and space to connect with my body,
Mind and spirit.
I honored my body.
I did yoga because I do yoga,
And I will continue to honor my body.
I let the strength I engaged with to stay with me now.
I have honored my needs,
And I will continue to honor my needs.
I have more reach and flexibility now,
And that extends to any and every situation I face.
I continue my connection to this present moment.
Each pose today brought new strength and confidence.
I am stronger.
I am healthier.
I am even more confident.
Every transition today gave me renewed strength and courage to face my challenges.
I am creating flexibility in my body,
In my mind,
And in my decisions.
I am continuing to release tension with every exhale.
I am okay with stillness.
I can make a moment of stillness anytime and anywhere that I need it.
I am grateful for the gift of movement.
I am grateful for the practice of yoga.
I am prioritizing self-love and self-care.
I know I can return to any pose,
Anytime.
I clear out what no longer serves me.
I connect with the beauty of my breath.
I stay connected to my yoga practice.
I stay grounded in my body.
I stay relaxed in my breathing.
