Wonder fills you with possibilities.
Wonder is positive and uplifting.
Wonder leads to happiness and joy.

Instead of focusing your precious energy on attention on what may be wrong,
Can you spend that energy searching for something that sparks awe in your soul?
Can you find wonder by leaning more into the present moment?
Wonder can be found when you are using all of your senses.
Can you find more wonder by getting closer to things in your life?
Whatever does give you a sense of wonder,
Can you put yourself in places or situations to engineer more of those moments?
When you find yourself in a state of awe,
Savor it.
Don't rush.
Slow down.
Committing to a practice of seeking out wonder gives you something to always look forward to,
To a life filled with constant surprise and delight,
And you deserve to be delighted.
You deserve a life of surprise.
You deserve a life filled with joy and wonder and awe.
