This 10-minute guided meditation was created to train you on a slow, rhythmic breathing pattern that is a healthy way to breathe throughout your day to day life. Just follow along with the music breathing in & out to help your heart & nervous system work at peak efficiency. Note: For best results use headphones as there's a 10Hz alpha binaural beat throughout the meditation to aid in the relaxation & alignment.

Perfection if that is such a thing. Very gentle and a balance of talking and silence. Simplistic. Will use daily.

Started with this breathwork audio in 2023. Have been using the audio for a couple of months. Later on i started using the same audio without the guidance. Have also been doing that for a couple of months. But sometimes you lose track. So here we are. Starting over. Thank you for sharing! πŸ™πŸΌ

Loved this! It was perfection!! The quality of this production in every sense is of a high standard. After uncovering some deep, painful emotions in another meditation practise, I was left raw. The sound & frequency along with the breathwork is profoundly healing. I am most grateful. πŸ™ ✨☺️✨

Interesting exercise. About two or three times, I had to break out of the rhythm to get a deep breath. I was doing deep breaths throughout, but the pace and regularity of the music felt so unfamiliar with respect to my usual breathing pace that I actually felt a bit short of breath. Is this typical? πŸ™
