Let's begin by getting comfortable.
You can be lying down or seated today.
The only requirement is that you're comfortable.
Now before we begin the pineal gland activation,
Let's take a few deep breaths together to settle our minds.
Take a full deep breath in with me.
Exhale fully by making a whoosh sound.
Let's do this two more times together.
Fully in.
Exhale with a whoosh.
Last time,
Full inhale.
Exhale with a whoosh.
Now settle into a gentle relaxed breath.
You can breathe in and out through the nose or the mouth.
Whatever feels right for you today.
There's no need to force anything here.
Just breathing in and out.
Finding more stillness with each breath.
On your next inhale and exhale,
I want you to imagine your breath coming in and out through your forehead or your third eye.
This is the space between your eyebrows.
Sending all of your intention on the flow of energy in and out through the forehead.
This is how we activate our pituitary gland.
A warm-up for activating the pineal gland.
So as you're breathing in and out,
You're just sending all of your focus to the point between your eyebrows.
Getting the pituitary gland vibrating.
Waking up.
An activated pituitary gland helps you with a sense of purpose,
Mental clarity,
The ability to see the big picture.
Again,
Just breathing in through the forehead.
Breathing out through the forehead.
Sending all of your intention and focus to that point.
Try and suspend any thoughts you might be having.
Just be with your breath as you imagine it flowing in and out through your forehead.
There's no need to force anything here.
Just keep breathing.
Sending intention.
Sending energy to your third eye.
In and out.
If you catch yourself with a wandering mind getting lost in a train of thought,
That's okay.
Gently bring yourself back to the breath in and out.
Sending that energy still through the pituitary gland,
The third eye.
The space in between your eyebrows.
In through the forehead.
Out through the forehead.
Just a few more breaths here.
Working with the pituitary gland alone.
In through the forehead.
Out through the forehead.
Activating our pituitary gland.
Your next inhale,
I want you to imagine your breath still flowing in through your forehead.
But on your exhale,
I want you to imagine the breath is going out through the top of your head.
This will begin to get the pituitary gland vibrating along with your pineal gland.
Your pineal gland is located in your brain and it's tied to the crown chakra or your connection to the divine.
The pineal gland is your body's source of melatonin,
Which is a chemical that helps quiet the mind and allows access to higher consciousness.
So you're just breathing in through the forehead and out through the top of your head.
In through the third eye.
Out through the crown.
Again,
If you catch your mind wandering at all,
Just gently bring it back to sending energy in through the forehead and out through the top of your head.
Activated pineal glands produce DMT,
Which helps with the mind-body connection.
When your pineal gland and pituitary gland are energetically connected,
It helps balance your endocrine system where your physical bodies meet spiritual experiences.
Oftentimes you may enter into dream-like states.
So just keep breathing here in through the forehead,
Out through the top of the head,
Over and over again.
There's no need to force anything,
Just gentle relaxed breathing,
Sending all of your energy,
Imagining the breath coming in through the forehead and out through the top of your head.
In through the third eye,
Out through the crown.
All of your energy and attention and focus is up on your breath coming in through the forehead and sending that energy and breath out through the top of your head.
At this point in the meditation you might begin to see colors,
Indigo,
Violet,
Purple.
Those colors are typically associated with your third eye and crown chakras.
You may also see white lights.
White is typically associated with the divine.
Just a little bit longer breathing in through the forehead and out through the top of your head.
You're still getting the pituitary gland to vibrate along with the pineal gland.
On your next inhale I want you to reverse your energy flow so you're imagining your breath is now coming in through the top of your head and out through your forehead.
The air is flowing in through the crown chakra and out through the third eye.
When you get your pituitary and pineal gland vibrating together,
When you spend time in meditation sending energy focused on your third eye and your crown chakras,
You may start to feel more inspired to grow and renew yourself physically and spiritually.
Your breath is just coming in through the top of your head and out through your forehead.
Here are just a few more minutes.
Allow yourself to feel whatever you're feeling.
Allow yourself to see whatever you're seeing.
Receive any and all feelings,
Emotions,
And visions with an open and curious mind.
Remember we're breathing in through the top of your head,
Air in through the crown chakra,
And out through your forehead or your third eye.
So the breath is coming in through the pineal gland and out through the pituitary gland.
Here we're working with rhythm and trainments.
Getting the pineal and pituitary glands pulsing together shifts your mind and body into a state of harmony.
Again,
If you catch your mind wandering just bring it back to the breath flowing in through the crown and out through the third eye,
In through the top of your head and out through your forehead.
Over and over.
Welcoming and allowing anything that you may be seeing or feeling with a gentle acceptance.
There's no need to force anything here.
You're just breathing,
Staying open,
Staying curious.
For the final few minutes of our pineal gland activation today,
We're gonna imagine our breath going in and out through the top of the head.
The breath is coming in through the crown chakra and back out through the crown chakra.
This fully activates our pineal gland.
An activated pineal gland leads to greater inspiration in your daily life,
A stronger connection to your natural intuition,
And maybe even some inner visions.
Don't be alarmed,
Just stay with the breath,
Breathing in through the top of your head and back out through the top of your head.
Reminder all the energy is currently going in and out through the top of the head,
Working on activating your pineal gland.
As you get deeper and deeper into today's meditation,
The lights that you may be seeing may be getting brighter and more vivid.
Just welcome them,
And if you're not seeing lights,
That's okay.
All you have to do is send your intention and energy and breath in through the top of the head and out through the top of the head.
Trust you're right where you're supposed to be today,
Focused on the breath,
Focused on activating that pineal gland.
Welcoming any and all feelings without any shame and judgment or guilt.
Welcome anything you may be seeing,
Any visions,
Just allowing it to be.
Coming back to the breath and coming back to the intention of sending it in through the top of your head and out through the top of your head.
Just a few more breaths here in through the top of your head,
Back out through the top of your head,
Really putting all of your energy and intention up in the crown chakra.
As we're bringing our session to a close,
Let's slowly come back to ourselves.
Take your hands and gently rub them together for a few moments.
This will generate some heat.
Once you feel that they're warm,
Put them over your eyes,
Covering up your third eye as well,
And just hold them there.
Let the warmth run through you as you come back to the physical world.
Again,
Just feeling the warmth,
Feeling grateful for the experience today,
Grateful for the breath,
Grateful for this life,
Grateful for your mind.
