Let's take some nice deep breaths to relax all your muscles and continue breathing deeply.
And as soon as you're ready,
You can close your eyes and begin to allow yourself to become more and more comfortable as you breathe yourself deeper and deeper and focus relaxation across your entire body.
And as I count you down from five to one,
Breathe deeply and go deeper and deeper with each number into a profound state of relaxation and rejuvenation.

Let go of everything,

As you breathe yourself deeper,
Your muscles smooth out completely,

Deeper and deeper,

Go twice as deep now,

Bringing your mind and body to peace and your theta waves are increasing as you relax.
Your mind can drift and wander and the whole while your subconscious mind follows along and any sounds of people,
Vehicles,
City sounds,
Traffic,
Music,
Animals,
And sirens,
Any sounds and movement around you can take you deeper and can be associated to the state of relaxing more into the peaceful bliss.
And you can associate the sound of my voice with letting go into this bliss state and relax yourself deeper.
And as you do,
Some thoughts may come to mind and you can allow any thoughts to just drift away just as they came along.
Now focus on how good it feels to be aware of your consciousness.
Imagine now in your mind,
In your imagination,
Virtualize that your awareness is enveloping and encasing and holding your entire body in your awareness.
Feel a deep stretch within your muscles and just imagine how good it feels as your muscles really deeply let go in any places they're holding on a really good letting go,

Take your whole self in and as you breathe yourself deeper now,
Perfect.
You can let go and just imagine your awareness around your entire body and imagine your awareness in any color you want,
Whatever shape,
Radiating around your entire being,
Healing your body with relaxation.
Your awareness may often be around your vision and your eyes during your normal waking life and during cognitive operations,
But for now,
Your awareness can be around your entire body As you just become aware,
Instead of feeling boxed in,
You may even be surprised now how free you feel,
How much better and peaceful and alive in your life you feel now.
You can invite your body to go relaxed,
Deeper if you want to.
Imagine in your mind a valve or switch any way you want and once you have,
You now have the controls to relax yourself further and make you feel so good.
Doesn't it feel good just to let it all go?
Let your muscles smooth out and flex and then let them go,
Just as they want to,
Releasing and really letting go.
And as you do,

As you breathe oxygen into your body deeply,

Which allow deep programming or peak performance.
This state of relaxation goes with you throughout your day because anytime you wish to return into utilizing the calm,
You can just say to yourself in your mind,
And as you say now,
I am calm and peaceful and I am relaxed.
I am loved and I show love where I want.
I love myself and I take care of myself with plenty of self-care.
Caring for myself benefits how successful I can be in my life and improves my relationships as I become more and more present and as I relax now,
More and more,
Deeper and deeper and I relax more and am more peaceful,
Letting go and letting myself thrive.
