A full moon meditation ritual of setting intentions, connecting with the energy of the full moon, and meditating to help release any negative energies and manifest positive outcomes. This can help you feel more connected to the universe and tap into the spiritual energy of the full moon. It is said that during a full moon you can better manifest your intentions and desires. This practice can be done within a window of 2 days before or after the full moon for greatest potency.

Welcome to this meditation for the full moon and manifestation.

For this meditation,

If you have three candles and some sage or palo santo,

We'll be using that to help our manifestations come into reality.

As part of this ritual,

If you don't have candles or palo santo or sage,

Then you can visualize as we go through this meditation.

So make yourself comfortable and have your candles set out in front of you,

Your sage or palo santo.

We'll begin by getting centered and take some long comfortable breaths in through your nose and release out your mouth and take two more like that in through your nose and out through your mouth.

We are creating the space for manifestations and all of that happens when we are present,

When we are fully in this moment,

So that we can direct all of our attention towards what it is we want and the full moon.

It's a time when we traditionally release what no longer serves us so that we can bring into our lives what we truly want and so it is in this cycle of letting go and then allowing in that we're able to create the lives that we always wanted to have that we dream about and so we'll use the sage or palo santo now to cleanse our energy and to symbolize letting go in order to allow in.

So go ahead and take the palo santo and light it or if you have sage you only need a small piece.

You don't need to light the entire bundle,

A small piece will work here and if you're visualizing and you can imagine that you have lit a piece of palo santo or sage,

Maybe even begin to smell the scent of this cleansing piece of nature and then you can take the piece that you have and bring it down to your belly and swirl it in three or four circles here and then bring it up to your heart and then over to your opposite shoulder and down your arm just a few inches away from your body and switching hands bringing it back to your belly circling it three or four times bringing it up to your chest your shoulder and then bringing it down the arm and as you hold the sage or palo santo you can choose to hear the words that I share as this clearing and let it be part of your experience or you can choose to repeat these words in your mind or out loud.

I clear myself with kind and loving energy.

I only welcome kind and loving energy into my field.

This space is for me.

This space is safe.

In cleansing myself I am also cleansing the space where I sit and taking a moment here with a conscious breath in exhaling letting go and placing the sage or palo santo in a safe place.

Now perhaps closing your eyes finding your breath as a way to anchor into this moment or perhaps sensations in the hands or feet and just for a minute choosing an anchor and presencing yourself.

All of your attention goes to the anchor of your breath flowing in and out of your body or to the sensations in the hands or the feet.

We're going to begin this phase of the ritual of releasing and so the first thing we'll be releasing is a pattern or behavior when it comes to your relationships that blocks you from creating the kind of relationships that truly nourish you.

So for a moment here thinking about what is a pattern that I have or a behavior that I do again and again that stops me from having the kinds of relationships I really want.

Maybe it's people-pleasing,

Maybe you're not able to say no with love,

Maybe you say yes too often or you're trying to find a relationship but you keep going for the kind of person who isn't available in the ways that you want.

Once you know what this behavior or pattern is,

If you've got candles I'd like you to light one candle and as you do in your mind bringing up that pattern or behavior and the words letting go.

Once the candle is lit either in your current space or in your visualization let it be so and you can bring your eyes to close again if it's comfortable.

Centering yourself again in the present moment either via sensations in the hands and feet or anchoring into breath and the second thing we will release is any belief that prevents you from stepping into your fullest potential.

What are you believing that stops you from achieving what you really wish to achieve?

Is there something you're telling yourself you can't do that you're not good at or worthy of?

Once you know what that is you can open your eyes,

Light that second candle and bringing the words to mind letting go and once that candle is lit either in your space or in your visualization let it be so.

Closing your eyes,

Centering again,

Breathing in and out and this time bringing to mind anything else you'd like to let go of or release and this could be something that you've let go of before because the thing with letting go is sometimes we've got to let go again and again and again and that's okay we just keep doing it.

So when you know what that is open your eyes,

Light that third candle,

Letting go and letting it be so.

Coming back to yourself,

Back to your breath or sensations in the hands and feet and you can bring one hand to your heart and one hand to your belly to get in touch with yourself here.

You're actually holding yourself here and in this you can bring into your awareness an intention that you have for relationship.

What do you want to create in relationships with yourself or with others?

It could be taking more time with yourself,

Time away from your phone,

Could be an intention to spend more time with less people or perhaps to meet someone new each day.

Once you know what that is I'd like you to open your eyes and pick up one of those candles.

You might even hold it at eye level for a moment holding your intention for what you want to create in relationship in your heart and mind and then blowing out that candle.

Centering back in as you're ready and from here you can also place a hand on your belly and your heart again as we bring up an intention for how you'd like to spend your time.

Maybe there's something that you wish you were doing that you're not doing,

Perhaps you are over indexing in a certain area of your life.

What can you imagine here as you are ready?

Opening your eyes,

Finding that second candle,

Bringing it up to gaze into the flame,

Imagining how it feels even to spend your time in this way that you intend and as you're ready blowing out this candle,

Coming back,

Centering,

Holding yourself with one hand on the belly and one on the heart.

A final intention,

This one is for your community or the world at large,

Something you wish to manifest for your community or the world at large.

Perhaps it's a blessing,

As simple as a phrase or a word and as this comes to you,

Opening your eyes,

Taking the third and final candle,

Bringing it to eye level with fullness of heart and spirit,

Sincerity of intention.

As you're ready,

Blowing out this candle,

Closing your eyes,

Taking a breath,

Letting it go and we call on our guides to support this ritual,

This ceremony and you can repeat these words,

May the intentions I have set during this ritual manifest for my highest good.

May the intentions I have set during this ritual manifest for my highest good.

Knowing that when you believe it,

You will see it.

Bringing your hands to Namaste position,

A prayer at your heart,

Breathing in,

Thank you,

Breathing out,

Thank you.

May this or better manifest in your life.

May this or better manifest in the lives of your loved ones,

Your community and the world at large.

Under the light of this full moon,

May this light carry you,

May it bring you happiness and all of happiness's causes.
