My name is Jordana and this is one minute of mindfulness to bring more peace and presence to your day.

So let's get started.

Sit tall.

Relax your shoulders,

Down your back.

Bring ease into your face,

Your jaw.

Take a deep inhale.

Exhale fully,

Completely.

It's time to appreciate you.

What's something that you really value about yourself?

Maybe it's your kindness,

Your honesty.

Maybe you're really good at something unique.

Be honest with yourself.

And notice how it feels to recognize something that you value about yourself today.
