Sit up tall,
Roll your shoulders down your back,
Bring relaxation into the body.
Let's take a deep breath together.
Breathe in through the nose and breathe out through the mouth.
Sometimes we feel like we are on this journey of life alone,
But we don't have to do it all alone.
We weren't meant to do everything by our lonesome.
So today I'd like you to think about where in your life could you use some more support?
