Hi,

It's Jordana.

This is one minute of mindfulness to bring more peace to your present moment.

Let's get started.

Sit up tall,

Roll your shoulders down your back,

Bring relaxation into the body.

Let's take a deep breath together.

Breathe in through the nose and breathe out through the mouth.

Sometimes we feel like we are on this journey of life alone,

But we don't have to do it all alone.

We weren't meant to do everything by our lonesome.

So today I'd like you to think about where in your life could you use some more support?

Who might you ask for support today?

As you finish this practice,

Perhaps set an intention that you can ask for what you need.

It's always available to you.
