Hi,

It's Jordana.

This is one minute of mindfulness to bring purpose to your present moment.

Let's get settled in the body.

Lengthen the spine,

Relax the shoulders,

Loosen the jaw,

Invite in softness.

Every day,

We play multiple roles,

Whether it is the role of good partner,

Bad partner,

Mother,

Father,

Or coworker.

These roles are defining ourselves by what we do.

And for the next couple of breaths,

I'd like you to let go of defining yourself by what you do,

And instead breathe into the limitless potential of who you are.

So take a breath in and let go.
