Hi it's Jordana.

This is one minute to bring mindfulness to your day.

Let's get started.

Sit tall and lengthen through your spine.

Relax your shoulders down your back and take a deep breath in through the nose,

Open the mouth and let it go.

Today we're going to celebrate our failures.

I'd like you to shift perspective on what is perceived to be a failure.

A failure can actually be the beginning of success.

In fact it points us in that direction.

So with any perceived failure that you've had,

Let's wipe that away and take a breath in to letting this be the beginning of something extraordinary.
