Take a deep breath.

Exhale fully,

Sigh it out.

So often we get caught up in what has already happened,

And our mind spins and spins thinking about the past.

Will Rogers says,

Don't let yesterday take up too much of today.

So on our next breath,

We're going to let go of whatever has come before now and open up to a space of limitless potential.

Take a breath in,

And then exhale,

Breathe it all out,

Let go.
