This gentle one-minute reset guides you back to the simple truth that hope is not something you chase, it’s something you return to. Through a soft breath and a quiet pause, you’ll reconnect with the possibility that still exists, even if today feels heavy, uncertain, or unclear. In this brief practice, you’ll be invited to feel supported, to let light back in, and to trust that your story is still unfolding in ways you can’t yet see.

Transcript

Hope is the quiet certainty that light exists even when you're sitting in the dark.

Take a long breath in through your nose,

Exhale,

Release it out your mouth.

Let yourself feel supported by the floor and the area around you.

Repeat silently in your mind,

Even when I can't see the path,

The path is there.

Hope is not something to force.

It's something that returns when you remember you're not alone.

So many of us have felt this way,

But it just takes one light in the dark.

To see the way forward,

Take a long breath in and slowly release it out.
