Hello and welcome to this meditation.

This meditation is designed specifically to hold space for you,

Especially during moments when you feel down or you're carrying a heavy heart.

Remember it's okay to have these feelings,

They are part of the human experience.

Allow this meditation to be a beacon of light guiding you back to a space of balance and calm.

Let's embark on this journey together.

Begin by finding a comfortable position,

Either sitting on a chair with feet flat on the floor,

Sitting cross-legged or lying down.

Allow your hands to rest naturally on your lap or by your sides,

And if it feels comfortable for you,

I invite you to close your eyes.

Now inhale deeply through your nose,

Expanding your lungs and belly,

Feeling the life force entering your body.

Then exhale slowly through your mouth,

Releasing any tension or heaviness.

Repeat this three times,

Grounding yourself in this present moment.

Inhaling deeply through your nose,

Expanding your lungs and belly,

Exhaling slowly through your mouth,

Releasing tension and heaviness.

Acknowledge how you are feeling at this moment without any judgment and whisper softly to yourself,

It's okay to feel this way,

I am safe,

I am okay.

Envelop yourself in a gentle embrace of compassion and understanding.

Now place one hand over your heart and feel the subtle rise and fall as you breathe.

This is your life force,

Your beacon of existence.

Let it remind you of your inherent worth and the love you have within.

Imagine a soft warm light above you,

Radiating healing energy.

As you inhale,

Visualize this light descending upon you,

Enveloping you in its glow.

With each exhale,

Imagine releasing any dark clouds of sadness,

Worry,

Or negativity.

With each cycle of breath,

Feel this light brightening,

Lifting,

And cleansing your spirit.

Brightening,

Lifting,

Cleansing,

Brightening,

Lifting,

Cleansing.

Now,

Silently or out loud,

Repeat these affirmations to yourself.

I am worthy of love and happiness.

Every emotion I feel is valid.

I am resilient and capable of healing.

Tomorrow is a new day full of potential.

Again,

I am worthy of love and happiness.

Every emotion I feel is valid.

I am resilient and capable of healing.

Tomorrow is a new day full of potential.

Life is a dance of highs and lows,

Joys and sorrows.

With a deep breath,

Visualize yourself as a tree rooted deeply into the earth,

Standing tall through all seasons.

Understand that just as the tree sheds its leaves in the fall,

Only to bloom again in the spring,

You too have the power to renew and rejuvenate.

And now,

Start to become aware of the surface beneath you,

The space you're in,

And any sounds you might hear.

Take a deep breath,

Drawing in strength and releasing any remnants of unease.

Gently start to wiggle your fingers and toes,

Bringing movement back to the body.

And when you feel ready,

Slowly start to blink your eyes open,

Coming back to this present moment.

And remember,

Every sunrise brings new hope.

Embrace the journey,

Trusting that brighter days,

Brighter times lie ahead.

You are not alone.

You are loved.

Carry this light and this message within you,

Always.
