Mudita is a heart practice of Buddhism where we are asked to generate the intention for happiness about other beings happiness. This, to me is such a beautiful practice as it allows me to feel joy despite how my own life is. This practice is an antidote for jealousy and envy, and is a beautiful way to disentangle from such states of mind. results may vary, though the results are very often wholesome.
