From her own experience, Self-Love led a happier and more fulfilling life - her motto: It all starts with you! Jolanthe lives together with her husband and daughter in England. She loves spending as much time as possible with people she loves, in nature and practices daily meditation, mindfulness, gratitude, yoga during her daily morning and evening routine. All this keeps her healthy, focused, positive, and happy. Jolanthe's vision is to see our world full of loving, compassionate people who love & accept themselves & other people, animals & our planet.
