Hello and welcome to the podcast Love Yourself and Live Your Life.

My name is Jolante Kolek and I'm so grateful to welcome you to this week's podcast episode.

And because we are coming slowly towards the end of the year,

I have decided to record a beautiful meditation for you today.

It's a meditation to recognize yourself this year,

Recognize all your achievements and all your successes and realize that whatever you experience this year,

There have been so many achievements and so many learnings from all different experiences.

And with this meditation,

I'd like you then to let go of the past,

To let go of the past year and instead bring the attention to the new year and begin the new year with a positive,

With a loving heart,

With a positive mind and focus on all the dreams and all the visions you have for the new year,

To start the new year with a completely fresh and positive mind.

So for this meditation,

I'd like to ask you to take a comfortable seat of your choice.

You can even lie down if that feels better for you.

And when you found a comfortable position,

Close your eyes gently.

Relax your body and bring the focus to your breath.

Take a few deep breaths and breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.

And be completely and fully in this present moment.

Take another deep breath in and relax completely while you're exhaling.

Take one more deep breath in and arrive more and more into this present moment,

Into the here,

Into the now.

Now carry on breathing slowly and gently in your normal rhythm while your body relaxes more and more with every breath.

And you can imagine every breath you take,

You relax more and you arrive more into the present moment.

And with every breath out,

You let go of everything that doesn't serve you right now.

And now bring the attention to your heart.

If you want,

You can place your hand on your heart.

You may be able to feel your heart beat.

And imagine how your heart opens every time you breathe in.

Breathe into your heart deep and calm.

Imagine diving into your heart deep inside your heart.

And as you arrive inside your heart,

You find yourself on a path,

On a white golden path,

Your life path.

See yourself standing on your life path at the beginning of 2020,

At the beginning of the past year.

See yourself standing there,

The beginning of January with all your dreams and all your visions,

All the wishes for the new year.

And see yourself how you walk day by day,

Month by month through the year.

See all the experiences you made last year.

See all the people you have met throughout the year.

See all the successes you have achieved throughout the year,

All the learnings and be grateful for all the miracles throughout the year.

Thank for every single experience,

For all the good and the bad experiences,

Because all of them happen for a reason.

Be grateful for all the learnings from the last year.

Realize how much you have grown,

How much wisdom you have gained from last year.

And as you walk your life path,

Take a moment now and think what in particular you have learned,

What experiences in particular made you very grateful,

Which ones made you grow,

From which ones you learned the most.

Be grateful for all the experiences you have gained,

But as well be particularly grateful for yourself.

And then look at yourself with the most loving and compassionate eyes and think about moments where you have been hard towards yourself,

Where you devalued yourself,

Where you maybe criticized yourself,

When you didn't accept yourself for who you are.

Look at yourself right now with full of love and full of compassion.

See your uniqueness and forgive yourself for not being always as nice,

As kind,

As loving as you should have been towards yourself.

Forgive yourself now.

You can give yourself a hug now.

Tell yourself that this year you will try your hardest to be the most loving and compassionate person towards yourself,

Every single day,

Every single moment.

And then carry on walking your life path a little bit further.

And as you carry on walking this beautiful white golden path,

You see in front of you a golden gate.

And as you stand in front of the gate,

You open it and you enter into the most beautiful garden you have ever seen in your life.

Look around you,

What can you see,

What can you feel,

What can you smell?

And as you walk through your inner garden,

You feel completely safe and protected,

You are very calm.

And then you see from a distance a small beautiful golden bowl and you walk towards the bowl.

You sit down on the ground,

You look at the bowl and you know that this bowl is there for you to put everything what you don't want to take into the new year.

You can put everything whatever you don't want to take into the new year.

Maybe it's your fears,

Your worries,

Any doubts that you have,

Maybe conflicts from the past,

Any sadness,

Any negative thoughts,

Any stress,

Any pain and everything really that weighs you down,

All that you don't want to take into the new year.

Everything that you want to stay in the past year and let go of it.

So imagine putting it all inside there now.

And as you fill up the bowl with all the negatives,

All your worries,

All your fears,

Suddenly a bright light beam comes down straight from the universe into your bowl.

And as it touches the bowl,

All of the negatives disappear,

All of the worries,

The doubt,

The pain,

The fear,

Everything is gone.

And then you spot some golden seeds inside the bowl.

You put your hand inside it,

You take the seeds out,

You look at them and you know it's time to plant the seeds.

And these are the seeds for what you want to plant for the new year,

All that you want to create for the new year,

All that you want to grow in your life,

All that you want to experience more in your life,

All that you want to focus on throughout the year.

And take a moment time for you.

What is it that you want to grow and focus on throughout the year?

Maybe you want to create more love in your life,

More peace,

More joy and fun,

Love turn.

Think about your visions and your dreams.

What would you like to grow?

Bring the attention to your talents,

To your strength,

To your positive characteristics and all your skills.

What is it that you want for the new year?

What is it that you want to grow,

That you want to develop?

What are your dreams?

What are your visions?

And once you know what it all is,

Take each seed and plant it into the earth.

See yourself planting it with so much love and compassion and trust that everything,

Whatever you are planting right now,

Will grow and develop throughout the year.

And then place your hands on the ground and feel how the earth starts moving,

How the roots start growing deeper and deeper into the ground.

And then see how small beautiful flowers are starting to grow out of the earth.

Look at these beautiful perfect flowers.

They give you so much joy and happiness and they grow stronger and bigger and you watch them grow.

And then touch the flowers and smell this beautiful sweet smell.

Inhale this smell and feel how this energy,

How the love flows into your body.

It flows into your heart.

All the love,

All the compassion,

All the strength,

All the power,

All the positive energy and whatever you have just planted,

You breathe it in and you feel how it all flows into your heart.

You feel the love in your heart,

You feel the compassion and with every heartbeat,

All the love,

All the compassion,

All the positivity and all that you're growing starts flowing throughout the body.

And from your heart it's being sent into every single cell of your body and every single cell of your body is being activated with all the power inside you,

With all the love.

And you feel how you are getting fully charged with the love,

With the peace,

With the positivity that comes through the smell of the flowers.

And enjoy this moment.

Enjoy the feeling in your heart,

The feeling in your body,

The love,

The kindness,

The positive energy,

The knowledge that you can achieve anything you desire.

It's all inside you.

And enjoy this feeling for another moment.

And slowly get up now,

Walk back towards the golden gate and then back through your life path.

And as you walk back the path,

Arrive into the present moment,

Arrive into your body,

Arrive here,

Arrive now.

With the same feeling in your heart,

The knowledge,

The trust,

The deep belief that you are safe,

That you are loved,

That you are good as you are.

With the knowledge that this year will bring you loads of positives and many learnings so that you can grow and become even stronger.

Give yourself a smile now.

And then place your hands in front of your heart and activate the feeling once more that you just experienced while you were smelling on the flowers.

Activate the love,

The peace,

The trust,

The deep belief that you are loved,

That you are perfect as you are,

That you are unique the way you are.

And then take another deep breath in and out.

And when you're ready,

You can open your eyes.

And I hope you enjoyed this meditation.
