When you're ready close your eyes and try to arrive in this moment.
Relax your body.
You can take a deep breath in and out through your mouth and imagine letting everything go,
All the negative thoughts,
All the worries,
All the doubts,
Whatever you might be still holding on from yesterday,
Let everything go.
Then take another deep breath in through your nose and when you breathe out you relax more and more into this moment.
You relax your body and then imagine you're breathing in pure peaceful air and when you breathe out you relax,
You're coming to this moment.
With every breath you take in you arrive more and more into the presence.
When I say these affirmations you can repeat them out either loud or only in your mind and the most important part is to feel every single word you say.
See these affirmations as a part of you.
I treat myself and others with love,
Kindness and respect.
I treat myself and others with love,
Kindness and respect.
I love and accept myself every day more and more.
I love and accept myself every day more and more.
And now as you listen to these affirmations can you feel the love in your heart,
Can you feel the love for yourself and realise what a powerful creator you are.
You are creating everything yourself and it all starts with your thoughts.
Whatever thoughts you are thinking this is how you feel and this is how you act and react and behave and that's what you create.
So let's start today with thinking positive thoughts and I'd like to do a gratitude meditation for you.
So I'd like you to imagine now someone,
Person that is very important to you,
Someone you love,
Someone you care about and see the person in front of you,
Look at the person and think of the reasons why is this person so important,
Why are you so grateful for the person,
Why do you appreciate this person.
And now by looking at the person in the person's eyes tell the person how much you love the person,
How much you care for the person and why he or she is so important to you.
And if you want you can give the person a nice,
Strong hug and feel how this love flows into your heart,
Feel how the gratitude flows into your heart and let this feeling,
Let the gratitude in your heart grow a little bit stronger and feel a little bit more,
Feel it,
Enjoy it.
Is that not beautiful to have this person in your life.
Now see all the other people that are important to you,
Your family,
Your friends,
Everyone who is very close to your heart,
See all of them and feel the love,
Feel the gratitude for all of them and let the feeling in your heart grow even more and realise how wonderful it is to have all these people in your life,
How much love there is in your life,
How grateful you can be to have all of the people in your life,
To be able to love them.
And then imagine a situation,
Something you may have experienced recently or maybe it's a long time ago,
Something you really enjoyed,
Something that made you very happy,
That you felt absolutely in your power and gave you so much joy.
It can be anything small,
Maybe something big,
Maybe a moment that you spent with someone,
A holiday,
A nice walk,
Whatever it is for you,
Just go back into that moment and feel it,
Feel the joy,
Feel the gratitude.
And then allow the feeling to grow in your heart even more and even stronger.
Feel it with all your heart.
And say thank you for being able to enjoy and to experience this situation.
And then think of some items that you owe in your life,
Something that you have,
Something material that you have and that you're very grateful for,
Something that makes you happy.
And it may be something really simple,
Something like your bed or the duvet that keeps you warm or maybe the socks,
Your shoes,
Your house,
Your car,
Whatever it is,
Your coffee in the morning.
Just think of all these items that you're grateful for.
And bring them closer to you.
Let the emotion flow into your heart,
The feeling of gratitude,
Of appreciation,
How much you can enjoy these items.
And say thank you,
Thank you for being able to have all the luxury in my life,
All these things and help me to enjoy them,
Help me with my everyday tasks.
And then be grateful for your body.
Be grateful for your health,
Grateful for everything that you can experience,
That all your body,
Every single organ in your body is working for you so that you can create your life.
Be grateful to every single cell in your body.
And tell your body and tell your heart and all your organs thank you for working for me,
Thank you for being there,
Thank you for not letting me down.
Then think for a moment about the people that don't have any food or any drink today.
And then see yourself being able to eat and drink whatever you desire.
Be grateful for the food,
Be grateful for the drink that you have every single day.
And again bring this feeling,
The gratitude into your heart,
Make it grow a little bit stronger.
And then be grateful for the air you are breathing,
It's always there,
You can always use it and it's for free.
Take a deep breath in and say thank you,
Thank you,
Thank you.
And now realise how grateful you can be for all of the things,
For all the love,
For all the experiences in your life.
There is so much abundance in our lives.
It is not amazing to experience this feeling of gratitude,
The feeling of love,
Appreciation,
Of peace in our hearts.
And if you want you can give yourself a smile now.
And just say thank you,
Thank you for everything in my life,
Thank you.
And then thank yourself for being you,
Thank yourself for being such a wonderful person with so much love inside you.
And thank yourself for creating a better life,
Thank yourself for taking time for yourself.
Thank yourself for sharing your love and sharing your light with everyone.
