You will do so with all the resources you need and clarity of mind to attend to the situation.

This episode of Trance Club is about you maximizing to take a moment to hold in your mind these ideas.

It's about you having more from the moment,

Being aware of more that is happening in the moment,

And also being able to plan to have more in the future because of you being more efficient in your actions in the present.

So,

As you listen to the sound of my voice,

Close your eyes now.

And while now is the present,

There is a much bigger present in store for you.

As you relax into trance,

At only the rate and speed that is right for you now.

And as you relax your body,

And just let your mind drift on,

You may hear the words I say,

Or you might drift and remember some of them at the time in the future that is right for you to remember the ideas that are good and positive for you.

No,

The other you.

So,

As you listen to the sound of my voice,

You can close your eyes now,

If you haven't already,

And just let your mind drift on.

And while now is the present,

And just let your mind drift on.

At only the rate and speed that is right for you now.

And as you relax your body,

And just let your mind drift on,

You may hear the words I say,

Or you might drift and remember some of them at the time in the future that it is right for you to remember the ideas that are good and positive for you now.

The other you that knows when it is appropriate for you to become aware of a new and better way of being in the moment,

So as to maximise them now.

Then you make more of the moments that you have,

So that when you relax and when you sleep,

You can go deep and really relax,

And deeply sleep,

Maximizing your use of time,

As it flows ever on into the future.

And when you are with other people,

You can really be with other people,

Giving them your full attention,

And giving them the best of you,

And only giving them the best of you while you choose to spend your time with them.

And when you choose to have some time for yourself,

You make the most of that time,

Either doing or being,

Relaxing or creative,

Having and exploring and making each and every action more and more efficient than before,

Because you can become more and more efficient in your actions,

And more elegant in your thoughts,

Streamlining,

Simplifying your appropriate and increasing system of value,

And giving the impression of increase to others,

So they feel more valued.

And by your example,

Change.

Now,

You can change now,

The thoughts and beliefs inside your own conscious,

That you have,

That will be useful,

That can be streamlined now.

You can also allow yourself to make positive changes,

That are good for you during this trance,

And in the days ahead,

You can notice,

Noticing yourself having become more efficient in your actions,

In certain areas that make a difference for you,

And the people around you can allow yourself,

More and more as you relax into this trance,

To go into trance,

Is a wonderful opportunity for you to become more efficient,

In the way that your body renews itself and replenishes itself,

And you relax,

And as you sleep and dream tonight,

You can allow yourself to maximise and supercharge,

To the optimum amount your immune system,

And your health and vitality,

And feel refreshed more,

And feel relaxed more,

When you need to be relaxed,

And in any moment,

When you need to be in the moment,

You can be more in the moment than ever before,

Because you can,

And being that way is a better way to be.

Now,

Becoming more efficient in your actions,

And more efficient in your thinking,

Means that you get to have more efficiency in life,

Gives you more opportunity to have more and wonderful experiences,

And have more of the things that make you feel good now,

As you go into trance and relax,

As you allow yourself to float away with the music,

And drift comfortably,

And feel happy thoughts,

And relax into trance,

Is a pleasant experience,

The feelings of relaxation flow over you,

You can go into trance now,

You're unconscious,

Once to learn and make new changes,

And you can allow the part of you that is the genius creative part of you,

To create more efficiency in a specific area of your life,

That has to do with your career,

Your social life,

Your relationships,

Your health and wellbeing increased,

Your spiritual and soul development,

Financial situations,

Your creativity,

And any other area that is for you,

An area that you want to have more efficiency in that moment in time,

And while you're unconscious,

Can create these new and more creative strategies,

You can allow them to run past the part of you that is concerned with the integration,

You can allow them to run past the part of you that is concerned with the integration of new behaviours,

To make sure that they are both good for you,

And will give you more of the things that you enjoy,

And more of the moments that you enjoy,

And if they are things that are good for you,

You can try them as new behaviours,

And keep all the ones that work,

And your own unconscious mind,

And only notice the different changes,

If at all,

Because the most important thing is that you make changes that make the quality of experience that you experience better,

And better,

And that is one of the things that the ongoing journey of life offers you the opportunity to do more,

And more,

As you do and experience more things,

And the more that the things that you experience as a result of the changes that you allow your unconscious mind to make,

While you sleep and dream,

And while you go about your day,

And the areas of your life that you are focusing on,

And more that you can make changes in the areas of your life that you are focusing on safe and comfortable in that knowledge,

That as you do,

It is the creative you that created the alternative behaviours,

And it is the other parts of you that were comfortable to allow the change to be made,

Because it is perfectly in line with what you want,

And because the changes that your unconscious can make now,

That make you more efficient with your time,

That make you maximise the now,

Are a test to see if it is something that will make your life better by simply trying the new behaviour in whatever situation is right for you to change now,

And as the saying goes,

An ounce of doing is worth a pound of theorising.

Doing,

Rather than thinking about to the nth degree is going to get you more results.

Doing and taking action is something that moves you faster,

And making the most of them now is sometimes a matter of stopping and taking an enjoyable action,

Finding pleasure in the little things that you experienced the fun of playing with the box as a child,

Somehow once the toy came in was fascinating,

And you got the most out of it,

You enjoyed the moment,

Played and had fun,

Totally engaged in the activity and enjoying the moment now,

You don't have to find the packaging of something fascinating,

To find the small things in life,

Something that you are both grateful for and happy to experience,

Is something that means you will feel gratitude and happiness,

Joy and wonder,

Wonder because you enjoy the things that this wonderful adventure called life on planet earth is,

And the more that you stop and smell the roses,

The more that the areas of your brain that light up and become excited by the experiencing of wonderful things that you experience,

Become excited by the things that you experience,

And the more that you allow your brain to become excited by the things you do,

The more and more that you are programming and conditioning your brain,

To become active and excited by the things that you spend your time doing,

The more you explore planet earth,

Time flows and passes you by,

Never repeated,

Yet sometimes it always seems as if everything is repeated,

A bit of traumatic,

Influential change happens at the time now,

And make a beautiful difference to your life and your experience of life,

Now,

As you relax,

Yet sometimes it all seems as if everything is repeated,

Influential change happens for you now,

And make a beautiful difference to your life and your experience of life,

Now,

As you relax,

Relax your mind and body,

Relax your mind and body with an aim of both the associated health benefits of meditation and relaxation,

And the mindset changes that are associated with hypnosis trans,

As you give yourself permission to go deep into trans now,

And drift,

And drift,

And so effortlessly make pervasive big,

Small,

And continuous changes to all the goals and achievements you want for the future,

Whilst also stopping and enjoying the moment,

Being present in the moment of the moments of your life,

As you enjoy it,

As you go through it,

And as the time passes,

Like a river passes,

And just as the water flows in a river,

Making it a river with different water in it,

Each and every day,

Hour,

Minute,

Second,

Thought serves as moving,

Following,

Updating,

And it sometimes balance,

Balance,

Trying to stop,

System,

And then to enjoy the moment,

To enjoy the present day,

And to be now,

You know,

In the moment,

Second,

And it's something that adds balance,

And it's a beautiful experience to stop and enjoy the moment,

To enjoy the present,

And to be grateful that you have been able to enjoy some wonderful experiences that will never,

Never happen the same way.

No one will be used to experience the same way forever again,

And while and whilst it is needed independently,

You can switch to business,

And also to the experience you have been in,

And it was such a respectable experience that will never happen in the same way,

No one will experience in the same way ever again,

And while it was unique in that way,

You can also experience similar,

Experience,

Experience that was similar or better,

Than that experience,

So that you have more experiences like that,

Because you started to other than unconsciously at first,

Until your unconscious automated the process of you stopping,

Enjoying a beautiful sunset,

Or taking time to enjoy your children,

Family,

Friends,

Your companions in life on planet earth,

While you experience the wonders of this blue planet spins,

Deep into space,

And rotates round and round into the reaches of time and space,

As do you,

Maximizing the now,

Maximizing the now,

While using the other moments of the now to plan for the future,

Because that is where you are going,

At the rate of one second per second,

Each second is a moment and is experienced differently,

Sometimes they fly by,

And other times they don't seem to fly by and make you think,

Less times happened than has happened,

And this happens sometimes when you are enjoying yourself,

And are lost in time and in the moment,

Lost in the most amazing experiences that are you,

That you are adventuring on planet earth,

Maximizing the now is being more efficient in the moment,

To do only what you can do in any given moment,

And any given moments in time,

And do these things in such a way that you maximize your enjoyment of those moments,

And maximize the effectiveness of your time in those moments,

Become more productive in a way that you become more fulfilled,

And open to experience new things,

That are experiences for you to enjoy,

And be efficient in the moment,

To be in the moment and efficient in more and more experience creating moments,

That you allow yourself to enjoy an experience so you use wisely the moments of your time,

And if you can imagine again,

After this time,

A time where you are at the end of your life looking back through the experiences and moments of your time on planet earth,

And notice which ones are moments that really mattered,

You could then decide to have more of those moments,

And as you can now in the present,

Where you are now at the state of development that you have so far reached,

And are both enjoying where you are,

And planning to be with the moments of times that have more moments,

And so with the benefit of hindsight you can see that you enjoy,

And matter to you,

And you enjoy more,

The moments of times they pass,

And your experiences of time,

And guess you go deep into trance,

And months of time now as you go deep,

At only the same rate that you want to go deeply into trance,

And a relaxed state of mind and body,

You can relax,

You can relax deeply,

Because that's what you choose to do,

And the suggestions that your own conscious mind will listen to do is trance,

Are suggestions that at this moment in time are ones that you are able to understand,

In one way or another,

And then when you listen to this trance again,

You first of all have the benefit of knowing the overall plan is for you to maximize your enjoyment,

And your pleasure,

And your time on planet earth,

And also you will be able to make sense of the suggestions that are layered in such a way that you will understand,

And let happiness be the simple things that you want to experience,

In new ways that find you more and more joy and wonder in life now,

As you listen to the sound of my voice,

You can become aware of your body and a wish to be active,

You can be aware of your surroundings and internalize the learnings from this experience,

As you wake up,

As you listen to the sound of my voice,
