The colors,
The feelings you are having.
Note specific details of this place that you are in,
This safe and beautiful and peaceful and calming place in your imagination.
You continue to rest there and feel good in this place.
And now you are going to form an image of your feelings of resistance in your mind.
It could be a fear or a stress or a worry.
Feel this stress and worry and understand it and clarify it with an image in front of you.
You are in your imagination and there is nothing to fear.
You have complete control of this image and complete control of where you stand in front of this image.
We are here to gain clarity and understanding of this resistance and fear or stress or pain.
Whatever it is you are feeling,
