Welcome,
Dear ones,
To this color meditation for your chakras.
It's a journey of light,
Rest,
And gentle returning.
So begin by finding a position that feels kind to your body.
There is nothing to fix,
Nothing to improve.
You are allowed to arrive exactly as you are.
Let your breath soften,
Not deeper,
Just kinder.
And with every exhale,
Feel the day loosen its grip.
Feel the weight of expectations fall away.
You are here now,
And that is enough.
Quietly say to yourself,
I am safe to rest in my body.
And when you are ready,
Imagine a gentle wash of pearl white light flowing down over you,
Clearing the space,
Blessing this time,
Opening the way.
Now,
Bring your awareness to the base of your spine,
Your hips,
Your legs,
Your feet.
Imagine a deep,
Earthy red light glowing here,
Warm like embers,
Steady like ancient soil.
And this red light carries the message,
You belong here,
You are held.
And with each breath,
Feel the red light sinking downward,
Gently anchoring you into the earth beneath you.
Imagine roots growing from your body,
Slow,
Strong,
Unhurried,
Wrapping into the soil,
The rock,
The deep remembering of the land.
And if fear,
Tension,
Or uncertainty arises,
Let the earth take it.
She knows how to hold heavy things.
And silently repeat,
You are supported.
You are safe in this moment.
Shift your awareness now to your lower belly,
Just below the navel,
And a soft orange light begins to swirl here,
Warm,
Fluid,
Alive.
This is the color of feeling,
Of emotional truth,
Of quiet pleasure.
Let the orange light move like water,
Loosening tight places,
Soothing held emotion.
There is no need to force joy.
There is only an invitation to allow gentler flow.
If emotions surface,
Greet them kindly.
They are messengers,
Not problems.
Silently whisper,
I allow myself to feel without judgment.
Now bring your attention to the center of your torso,
Your upper abdomen.
A warm,
Golden,
Yellow light glows here like sunlight through morning mist.
This light is not about pushing or proving.
It is the steady glow of being.
Let it spread gently outward.
Warming your organs,
Your breath,
Your sense of self.
If self-doubt appears,
Imagine the yellow light softening it.
Not arguing,
Not fixing,
Simply illuminating.
And repeat softly,
I am allowed to take up space.
My presence is enough.
Now bring your awareness to your heart and chest.
A tender,
Green light blooms here like new leaves after rain.
This is the space where love and grief coexist.
Nothing,
Nothing needs to be pushed away.
Let the green light gently expand forward,
Backward,
Side-to-side,
Creating a wide,
Breathable field.
And if sadness,
Longing,
Or tenderness arises,
Hold it the way you would hold a child,
With patience and warmth.
And silently offer yourself these words,
I am worthy of love,
Even in my softness.
And let the heart rest here.
Shift your awareness now to your throat,
Your jaw,
And neck.
A calm,
Sky-blue light flows through the space,
Cool,
Soothing,
Clearing.
This is where unspoken words rest.
There is no pressure to speak,
Only permission to be true.
And let the blue light loosen tightness,
Soften the jaw,
Relax the tongue.
If you've been holding back your truth,
Or speaking harshly to yourself,
Let this light bring kindness instead.
And repeat inwardly,
My truth is allowed to move at its own pace.
Bring your awareness to the space between your brows.
A deep,
Indigo light appears here,
Quiet,
Spacious,
Wise.
This is not the mind that figures things out,
This is the inner knowing that listens.
Let thoughts drift like clouds,
You do not need to follow them.
Rest in the stillness beneath thought.
Silently say,
I trust the wisdom within me.
Bring your awareness now to the crown of your head.
A soft,
Violet light opens upward,
Slowly bending into luminous white light.
This light connects you to something greater,
Spirit,
Source,
Divine love,
Or simple peace.
Let it pour gently down through your body,
Linking all the colorless together into one flowing stream.
There is nothing you need to understand here.
Only receive.
And whisper inwardly,
I,
Red,
Orange,
Yellow,
Green,
Blue.
Your body does not need to be perfect to be sacred.
Your life does not need to be sold to be meaningful.
Rest in this gentle wholeness.
And when you are ready,
Begin to feel the support beneath you.
The breath moving in and out.
Quiet room,
Return to the room.
And before you open your eyes,
Place a hand on your heart or your belly.
I honor this moment.
I carry this light within me.
Take your time,
Dear ones.
There is no rush back.
