Welcome,
Dear ones,
To this Violet Flame Meditation.
Find a quiet space,
And if you can,
Light a purple,
White,
Or a violet candle if you have one.
You could also have an amethyst crystal nearby as well.
Sit comfortably,
Spine tall,
Heart open.
Now close your eyes and breathe deeply.
With each inhale,
Imagine drawing in pure white light.
And with each exhale,
Release all heaviness,
Stress,
And stagnant energy.
And say softly in your mind,
I am ready to be renewed by the violet flame.
Visualize a great sphere of violet light above your crown.
It begins as a flicker,
Then grows into a radiant,
Dancing flame of violet,
Shimmering with hints of silver and gold.
Let's call upon the flame,
Beloved violet flame,
Descend now,
Purify my mind,
Heart,
Body,
And soul.
Transform all that is heavy into light.
See the violet flame cascading down through your crown,
Enveloping you,
Your whole body.
Around your head,
It clears old thoughts,
Doubts,
And fears.
Around your throat,
It dissolves unspoken words and stagnant truths.
Around your heart,
It burns away grief,
Resentment,
And sadness,
Replacing them with compassion.
And around your body,
It clears tension,
Illness,
And karmic residue.
Feel yourself sitting in a temple of violet fire,
Completely safe and protected.
Now bring to mind one burden,
Fear,
Or pattern you wish to release.
Hold it gently in your awareness.
Visualize it as a small,
Dark stone in your hands,
And place it into the violet flame.
Watch it dissolve,
Turning into sparkling violet light that rises upward into the cosmos.
And say within,
All heaviness is transmuted into freedom.
I am purified.
I am free.
Now see the violet flame expanding from your aura outward,
Flowing into your home,
Your loved ones,
And radiating out into the world.
And whisper again,
May this flame bless all beings.
May suffering be lifted.
May truth and love prevail.
Feel yourself as a guardian of violet light,
Glowing with transmuted energy.
The violet flame begins to gently fade,
Leaving behind a soft,
Violet glow within your heart.
Place your hands on your heart space and affirm,
The violet flame burns within me always.
I am light.
I am love.
I am free.
And take three deep breaths,
And then slowly return to your body,
Renewed and radiant.
And take with you the mantra,
I am a being of violet fire.
I am the purity God desires.
May your path be wrapped in soft light,
Your heart in calm,
And in your spirit,
Joy.
