Chanting HU For Spiritual And Emotional Alignment

HU is a seed syllable. It activates the heart chakra and the crown chakra, which is why it is used for both spiritual and emotional alignment. The heart chakra helps us stabilise our emotions, and the crown chakra helps us connect to our higher dimensions and cosmos. So, practising HU will help align yourself with these chakras.
