It is about creating a sensory anchor, something tangible you can return to when the mind feels busy or scattered. Through breath, awareness, and scent, you will build a personal ritual that feels nurturing and sustainable. By the end of this course, you’ll feel more confident combining essential oils with meditation and inspired to create your own moments of scented stillness, anytime you need to pause, reset, and come home to yourself.


Meet your Teacher

Joanne Spiller is a meditation guide and holistic practitioner with a passion for exploring the connection between mindfulness, nature, and sensory awareness. She is also the creator of the Petal Whisperwing line, which reflects her love of working with natural elements such as flowers, essential oils, and gentle ritual. Her work focuses on creating simple, nurturing practices that help people slow down, reconnect with themselves, and cultivate moments of calm in everyday life. Drawing on her interests in meditation, aromatherapy, and nature-based wellbeing, Joanne brings a warm and intuitive approach to her teaching.
