Focused mind in four minutes.

This visualization will help you center when you want to work in a crowded or public space.

Close your eyes if it's safe to do so.

Relax and imagine that around you there is a big energy field.

Your energy field is like a sphere of light,

Quite spacious,

And at this moment with all the noise it feels like it's a house with all the windows open.

The boundaries between the outside and the inside seem to be blurred and you want defined boundaries.

Imagine that all the noise and distractions are being pushed outside of your boundaries.

You are pushing all the noise outside of your energy field.

Once you feel they are on the outside,

Close the imaginary windows,

Draw the imaginary curtains for privacy.

Now imagine the boundaries of your energy field getting thicker,

Creating a buffer between your mind and the external.

Once it happens,

You may realize it's more quiet on the inside.

And now you are alone.

Feel grounded as if there was a natural channel of light you could sense running through the center of your body from the top of your head to your feet.

And as you bring your awareness to this channel,

You feel you can relax more while your mental focus is sharp.

You drop your shoulders and somehow you feel better about yourself,

Exuding calm confidence.

And now get to work.

There is a mental screen in front of you and on that screen there is one task,

The one thing you work on at any given time.

Once it's completed,

It's removed from the mental screen and your next task shows up.

You work on the next task until it's completed and only then you move on to the next one.

And in the end,

You feel satisfied with your work.

Remember before you leave that place,

Before you go to the street,

Pause,

Dissolve the boundaries of your energy field to the degree that will allow you to be fully aware of what is happening around you for your safety.
