You become aware of a tranquil sphere of light just above your head.
It is a healing light that wants only the best for you.

So you welcome the light.
And with your next exhale the light starts to flow down like a gentle waterfall.
From the top of your head down,
Down to the tips of your toes.
Strong and kind.
Reminding you of your limitless mind.
Clearing away the resistance and doubts.
The light fills you up with new energy of freedom.
Freedom from the habit.
