Bring your awareness to your feet.
Feel warm and loving energy flowing through them on your toes,
The bottoms of your feet,
The tops of your feet,
Your ankles.
Now bring this warm and loving energy up to your calves and shins and onto your knees and up to your thighs.
Warm loving and healing energy flowing all through the lower part of your body.
Now focus your attention onto your pelvis and buttocks and hips,
Warm loving energy.
And working up now to your lower back and mid back and upper back and around your stomach and up to your chest.
Your oxygen flowing easily to every part,
Cleansing and healing.
And now your fingers and hands,
Warm,
Healing and loving energy.
And now your lower arms and elbows and upper arms and shoulders.
Let's take a nice long deep breath here,
Holding for a moment at the top and exhaling all the way out.
Let's do this again,
Another nice long deep breath.
Hold for a moment and exhale all the way out.
And bring your attention now to your neck and throat,
Warm flowing energy.
Up to your chin,
Jaw and mouth,
To your cheeks and ears,
Nose and your eyes and forehead.
And now to your scalp and crown of your head.
Your whole body is filled and brimming with warm,
Loving,
Healing energy flowing easily through every space.

Let your tongue and tongue together,
Making a sound that's Slowly bring your awareness back to your breath and the space around you.
