For this meditation,

You can choose to sit or lie down.

Just ensure that your spine is straight and that you're comfortable.

Roll your shoulders up and back down away from the ears.

Begin to soften your forehead.

Relax your eyes and the muscles around your eyes.

Relax your cheeks and your jaw.

With your mouth closed,

Soften the lips and feel your tongue relax and grow heavy in the base of your mouth.

Now repeat these words three times.

Meditation is my most natural state.

Meditation is your most natural state.

Your body and your mind know exactly how to meditate.

It will happen so naturally and so seamlessly that at one point you'll suddenly find yourself in meditation and with the same ease you will continue to go into a deeper state of meditation.

There is nothing that you need to do or control.

Just breathe and relax.

When thoughts arise,

Simply notice them and allow them to pass without making any comments or judgments.

Instead of following your train of thought,

Shift your focus to observe your breath and your body.

So the mind goes back and forth between the thinking state and the meditative state.

This is natural and normal.

In these oscillating states,

You become aware that you're deeper in meditation.

So your breathing is slower and more relaxed.

Your body has naturally regulated your breath and settled into meditation.

These subtle changes happen without any conscious effort.

Meditation is effortless.

As you go deeper into meditation,

You feel at peace.

The meditative state is always calm,

Quiet,

And comforting.

This is your true nature and your body knows exactly how to enter this state at any time.

So so so as you experience inner stillness,

You notice that your mind expands into infinite space.

The mind is no longer limited by the scope of your thoughts and ideas.

Your awareness stretches beyond,

Giving you a glimpse of the limitless nature of your consciousness.

So so for the next few minutes,

Be here and experience your most natural state.

So so so so so so so you can choose to stay here for longer or if you're ready,

You can begin to slowly move your body and gently blink your eyes open.

So so so so so
