So we are going to listen to a music that has the specific frequencies of these chakras in order for you to balance it.
So I am going to explain what is the root chakra.
What happens when this chakra is not balanced.
What happens when this chakra is under activated and over activated.
And we are going to delve after that into a meditation for you to receive these frequencies in order for this chakra to be balanced.
So the root chakra is the first of the seven energy centers of the human body.
It is located at the base of the spine in the pelvic floor and perineum.
And it is the basis and support of the body.
It governs the earth element within us and it relates to our sense of grounding,
Of stability,
Of connection to the world.
So it is related to the lower back,
The legs and feet,
The elimination and digestion of the physical body,
The family roots.
So when this root chakra is not balanced,
It can lead to issues such as feeling ungrounded or disconnected from the physical world,
Living in one's bubble,
Feeling a lot of insecurity and instability,
Having physical problems in the lower back,
Legs and feet,
Sometimes falling all the time,
Having a lot of difficulty with the elimination,
The digestion,
Diarrhea,
The constipation,
Etc.
Having a sense of disconnection from your root,
Your family.
This chakra can be under activated which means that it lacks energy or over activated which means that it produces too much energy.
So the symptoms are different according to each one.
So let's begin with the under activated so that you would notice when you are in that kind of energy.
So an under activated root chakra can manifest in physical and emotional symptoms.
So I am going to share some.
So you can have lower back pain.
It can manifest itself through tension and discomfort in the lower pain.
It can affect your spine and surrounding muscles.
You can have digestive issues such as constipation,
Bloating,
Irregular bowel movements.
You can have legs or foot problems that include pain,
Stiffness,
Numbness,
Issues with the legs,
With the feet,
With the ankles.
You can have a fatigue.
You can feel tired.
You can have a lethargy.
You can have a lack of energy.
And you can have a lot of fear,
Insecurity or a sense of threat.
So you can feel anxious,
Fearful about your survival,
Feeling insecurity,
A sense of being threatened by changes in your life such as job changes,
Health issues,
Weight problems etc.
And it is important to know that these symptoms can vary from a person to another and that it might not always manifest in the same way on each person and that these symptoms can be influenced by other factors such as the physical health conditions or your emotional state.
So now we are going to talk about the overactivity symptoms and after that we are going to do a meditation.
So an overactive root chakra can manifest in the physical and emotional symptoms.
So it's about feeling physically heavy and sluggish,
Having a low back pain,
Digestive problems,
Sexual dysfunction,
Depression,
Fatigue.
And an emotional and physical symptoms can be extreme feeling of insecurity,
Fear,
Anger,
Overwork,
Panic,
Anxiety disorder,
Panic attacks,
Depression,
Eating disorders and obsessive focus on material possessions and outer physical appearance and of course defying success through material wealth and possessions and sometimes through living in a manner that is disrespectful or harmful to the earth.
The behavior symptoms are thriving on drama,
Being addicted to unhealthy substances or behaviors,
Having a high risk behavior,
Promiscuity or sex addiction,
Detachment or viewing others as mere objects.
The common themes are feeling disconnected from your own sense of security and grounding,
The excessive focus on the physical appearance and material possessions,
Difficulty of trusting people and receiving care from others,
Feeling stuck or stagnant in life and lack of purpose and belonging.
Do you recognize some symptoms in you?
It is essential to recognize the signs and to seek balance and healing to restore your well-being.
And in order to activate and to balance this root chakra,
You can do practices such as grounding exercises like walking barefoot or hugging trees,
Working with earth elements like spending time outdoors and using natural materials,
Doing some yoga poses and you can use the following visualization and meditation.
So please close your eyes and calmly breathe in,
Breathe out.
You can put your hand on your belly and stay with the movement of your hand going up calmly and going down calmly.
And I invite you to listen to the music,
Have it enter in every cell of your body,
Feel it go into your root chakra at the base of your spine,
Feel it balance in your chakra chakra.
You can at the same time say the mantra LAM and you can visualize the color red entering your root chakra.
Visualize it going to each part of this chakra,
Let just your intuition guide you and feel the root chakra connecting to all the other chakras,
Going up till your head area,
Going down till your feet area and distributing the energy in order to balance the other chakras.
If your chakra is under activated you might feel that your energies stay in that same area giving it energy and if your chakra is over activated you'll feel that some energy is going to be distributed to the other chakras.
If you feel that this chakra needs another color please feel free to add that specific color.
If you feel that other chakras need a specific sound or color or that you need to put a shape,
The shape of the chakra design on your body or a specific crystal or an essential oil please do so,
Feel your chakra being recharged with energy and you can ask even your guides,
