Hello and welcome to this guided feel-good meditation.

I'm your Jessica,

Your guide.

So we will begin this practice with you closing your eyes and bringing your awareness to the present moment and as you begin your practice you be mindful of your breathing be mindful of the speed of your breath going in and out and you choose to go deeper when you inhale and as low as you exhale creating this space for your body to slow down relax and feel good right now moving from your mind to your heart space allowing whatever emotion is there to be acknowledged so just take a few moments to stay in your heart space as you continue to go deeper as you breathe in and slow down as you breathe out visualizing that your heart space is being cleansed and feeling a presence in your body that now feels more relaxed,

That now feels seen and that now is ready to experience a different emotion a different vibration in a different state so now we're gonna choose to feel good to feel relaxed or to feel excited surrendering to the present moment and accepting all that is knowing that everything is working out for you so you feel good about it even when you don't understand exactly what's going on you still feel good about it because there is this sense of relaxation,

Of well-being this sense of being taken care of that just allow you to relax and feel good and your mind is taking a picture of this moment and your body is recording what it feels like to feel good so every time you command to your body and to your mind to feel good this is the space you're coming back to in an instant simply by inhaling deeper and exhaling is lower knowing that you are in charge awaken your body with gentle movements of joy you are ready to keep going with your day feeling good thank you for meditating with me and I see you next time
