Welcome to this guided meditation.
My name is Jessica Ehler and today I'm going to guide you on a journey within you.
Begin by sitting in a comfortable position with your back in your neck straight and place your hands in your laps facing up towards the sky.
Close your eyes and begin to notice the flow of your breathing.
Begin to bring the awareness to the present moment and begin to slow down your mind,
Your thoughts as you connect with yourself.
You relax your shoulders,
Your neck,
You let go of your arms,
Your jaw,
Your forehead and you feel your body melting as you relax and let go.
Bring your attention to your heart center and take a deep breath in,
Sending the air to your heart,
A deep cleansing breath,
Letting go of all the pain,
All the worries,
Letting go of the control,
The concerns,
Breathing in and out and you feel your heart expanding and creating space for joy,
Happiness,
Comfort,
Safety and you visualize a beautiful window,
A wide window and you enter this window as if you were swimming in an ocean of lights,
A pink light and you swim feeling lighter,
Free and happy through dark lights and bright lights,
Dark lights and bright lights and you swim deeper and deeper.
You are not really sure about where you are going but you are trusting the journey,
You are trusting your gut and your intuition and nothing stops you because you know that you are following the light and the light never abandons you.
As you swim in this ocean of light you begin to feel safe,
Loved and you realize that you are everything that you need to be,
That you are enough,
That you are worthy,
You are smart,
Brave,
Courageous and you have so much love within you.
You are covered by love,
You overflow love,
You begin to see the beauty in all that is,
You begin to see the beauty in yourself,
In who you are,
You begin to notice your light and you feel comfortable with it,
It feels like home and you embrace it,
You embody it,
Feel what it is like to be grounded in your heart truth,
In your highest truth,
Feel what it is like to know,
To feel what love is like and that's possible for you to experience love in every area of your life,
That love is available for you.
Feel yourself recharged from the source of unconditional love and you start swimming back towards the window,
Feeling renewed,
Recharged,
Connected,
Grounded,
Feeling confident,
Empowered.
As you come out of this window you bring with you that pink light,
The light protects you,
Guides you,
Encourages you to keep walking your path even when you can't see clearly what's ahead of you.
Begin to come back to your body,
Bring the awareness,
Feeling light and peaceful,
Feeling ease,
Stillness,
Safety and move your neck around,
Move your shoulders,
Your fingertips,
Your toes and give yourself a big hug and remember that the light,
The pink light is within you and is always available to you.
