Get ready for your day with a morning practice meditation. Connect with your body, release negative and toxic energy and feel energised. Set an intention for your day by choosing the energy you want to carry with you.

Welcome to your morning practice meditation.

Begin by sitting in a comfortable position with your back and your neck straight.

Close your eyes and take the first deep breath of your morning.

Breathe in and out.

Feel your body relaxing,

Feel your mind relaxed.

Bring your awareness to your body,

Notice how you are feeling.

Notice if there is any part of your body that needs attention.

Notice you keep breathing in and out.

And when you breathe in,

You're going to visualize gratitude going into your body.

And when you breathe out,

You're going to visualize all the toxic and heavy energy leaving your body.

And we're going to do that for five cycles.

Starting now,

Breathe in gratitude and release toxic and negative energy.

Breathe in gratitude and breathe out toxic and negative energy.

Let that go out of your body.

Breathe in gratitude and breathe out.

One more time.

Breathe in gratitude,

Breathe out.

Feel good in your body,

Feel relaxed.

Now that you're vibrating gratitude,

You are grateful for your body,

You are grateful for your health,

You are grateful for the amazing day ahead of you.

A new day with new opportunities for you to shine,

For you to enjoy.

And remember that you can't control the circumstances in your life and in your day.

So you can't control how you react about it.

And you can always choose to look the experiences in your life from a positive perspective.

So what do you choose today?

What's going to be your mantra for the day?

Maybe you're going to choose to be kind no matter what.

Maybe you're going to choose to be peace no matter what.

Maybe you're going to choose to be joyful,

To be calm,

To be energetic.

And visualize how do you want your day to be?

If you're going to work,

How do you want your day of work to be?

How do you want to feel at your work?

If you have a day of,

How would you like to spend your day?

What energy would you like to bring to your day?

If you're feeling unwell,

How can you give yourself more love and more attention?

And visualize now that you are having an energetic bath,

An energetic shower that's cleansing you and preparing you for your day.

And you take a deep breath in and out.

As you feel the molecules of joy and love and kindness and gratitude installing in your body,

In your cells.

Can you feel ready to start your day?
