Welcome to this meditation,

My name is Jessica Aire and today I'm gonna guide you in a meditation to release anxiety.

Life can be overwhelming sometimes and we lose ourselves in our minds and our emotions.

And today the purpose of this meditation is to bring you back to your center,

To who you really are.

Begin by sitting in a comfortable position with your back,

Your head and your neck straight.

Or if you prefer,

You can lie down.

Begin by being aware of your breath,

Noticing if you are breathing too fast.

And if the air is coming through your chest or to your belly.

And just being aware of how you are feeling.

We will do a body scan from the bottom of your feet,

Up through your legs,

Through your ribs,

Up to your stomach,

To your heart center,

Up to your throat,

And to the top of your head.

Feel if there is any part of your body that is sore or painful and tight.

And take a deep breath in,

Sending the air to this part of your body that needs attention.

And breathe out the tension through your mouth.

Take another deep breath in and breathe out.

Breathe in and out.

And you naturally go back to the flow of your breath,

Allowing yourself to be present in this moment.

Center your heart and be there for a few moments,

Acknowledging and validating how you are feeling.

And visualize yourself detaching from all the feelings and thoughts as if you were to observe,

Just watching your emotions,

Your mind and your body.

By being the observer,

You realize that you annoy your thoughts,

You annoy your emotions,

And you annoy your body.

So who are you?

You are consciousness,

You are light,

You realize that you are only experiencing these feelings and emotions in your physical body.

And by knowing that,

You start feeling peace and calm.

And you take back your inner power.

So feel this power that takes over you and brings this sense of safety,

Of home.

Visualize a beautiful bright light that expands from your chest to your whole body.

Where you become one with it.

This bright light expands to your country,

To the planet,

Going up and high,

Up and high in the universe.

You go through the many,

Many layers of light,

Dark light,

Bright light,

Dark light,

Bright light,

Expanding up and high,

Up and high through the many,

Many layers of light.

And you begin to feel lighter and lighter as you enter a white and bright portal that brings you a sense of home,

Of safety.

At this place you can release what you have been holding on to.

You can let go completely.

So visualize yourself letting go completely.

Let go completely.

Let go completely.

Let go completely.

Let go completely.

You let this peaceful bright light enter your body and every cell,

Washing away the stress,

The worries,

The emotional pain,

The anxiety.

You begin to feel what it is like to be free,

To be light.

You lose this sense of the physical body and become one with the light.

You feel powerful.

You feel what it is like to trust in yourself,

The divine energy and your inner wisdom.

You know what it is like to trust in the flow of life and your intuition.

You let the peace and calm take over you and you just flow with it.

With this flow of peace and calm you start coming back to your body,

Feeling centered and grounded.

Remembering that you are the observer.

You annoy your thoughts,

You annoy your feelings and emotions and you annoy your body.

You are only the witness of all of these experiences.

You are pure consciousness,

You are power,

You are light.

Bring your attention to your heart.

Be aware of your breathing.

Be aware of your body,

Your physical body.

And start coming back,

Taking a deep breath in and out.

Start moving your fingers and toes.

Feel the energy and the waves of joy and safety flowing through your body.

And every time you feel anxious,

All you have to do is to go back to your heart center and take a deep breath in and out.

Remembering that you are only witnessing these experiences.

That you are the observer,

The witness.
