Welcome to this guided meditation for the overactive mind so if your mind's racing and you're finding hard to be present in your body this is the space for you close your eyes and take a deep breath in being present in your body bringing your awareness to the bottom of your feet we are opening your chakra so you can release the excess energy in your body and you feel immediately relaxed by taking a deep breath in and breathing out and now opening your energy body to relax to be present to have a moment of relaxation and presence as you melt into your body enjoying the richness of this moment letting go of the resistance to what it is fighting the circumstances wanting things to be different the frustration where things don't go to plan or don't go your way releasing the control knowing that it's safe knowing that you can trust trust what life is presenting you with right now feeling the duality of it all knowing that you have the strength and the resilience to go through whatever it is that you're going through and to come out on the other side with more confidence with more resilience and strength so you surrender to this present moment knowing that you have what it takes that you got this knowing that you can't relax because you simply can't choose to relax because you know this stress,
Overwhelm and overthinking it's not really gonna get you anywhere,
Right?
So you remember that and you come back to this state of trust of confidence of surrendering to life and taking a deep breath in feeling the wholeness of your body becoming one with all that is and you feel your mind relax you feel your heart opening up you even feel a slight sense of relief as the tension drops in your body melting down all the way to the ground clearing your energy body from the dense energy bringing the energies of peace and love confidence and trust and being in this state of pure and peaceful presence,
Pure power,
Pure stillness knowing that clarity comes from stillness clarity comes when you create a space in your mind,
In your body,
In your heart to receive so every time you feel stressed now and start wanting to control everything and it all comes,
You remember that it's in stillness that clarity comes it's in presence that you create it is in the now that you receive walking life feeling grounded and connected letting life pulse through you flowing like a river in its own course no resisting,
No fighting,
Receiving and letting go,
Detaching and simply experiencing just witnessing life flow through you ah receive all the life is bringing to you right now in this state of relaxation knowing that stress is not your best friend,
