Hello and welcome,

As you can notice my voice sounds very relaxing in a moment,

I have just been meditating for the past hour,

I had a racing mind,

Racing thoughts,

I was feeling a little bit anxious and I did this exercise that really helped me and that's why I'm here sharing with you today,

You know that we pick energies for other people,

The collective energy,

Things are going on in the world,

We have our own worries with our lives,

Career,

Relationships,

With our health and we get overwhelmed with life and this exercise that I'm sharing with you today will help you come back to a place of ease within your body and to calm down your mind,

So every time you notice that your mind is just going wild,

We have lots of thoughts and it's jumping from one place to another and you're just finding hard to just be present,

You're just finding hard to breathe in and out,

You're just finding hard to access the place of ease within your body,

I want you to do something different this time,

I want you to picture your mind,

Your thoughts as if they were a person and I want you to take that out of your body,

Out of your head and picture that person in front of you and talk to that person,

Acknowledge that person and say I know that you were very anxious,

I know that you're trying to do your best,

Figuring out ways to solve problems,

To solve issues and I know that you were in a place of stress,

You were worried about things that could go wrong,

About commitments,

Worried about family,

Worried about health and it's just a lot on your plate and I get it and I'm sorry that you're going through all of this but I just wanted you to know that you were doing your best,

That it's safe for you to take a deep breath in and relax,

It's safe for you to be present in a moment and it's safe for you to trust that the solution will come,

It's safe for you to be in this space,

Open to the possibilities,

Open to the moment and being fully present right here and right now,

Knowing that whatever is meant to come your way,

Whatever is meant to happen,

It will happen for the highest good of all.

As you talk to your mind,

As you talk with your mind who is a person now and we can call the person mind,

You see how it feels,

Knowing that it can relax,

Knowing that it can be present in the moment,

Knowing that the best solution will come,

Knowing that it doesn't have to freak out and noticing how does that feel.

So every time that you feel that you're anxious,

That you have a lot going on,

Remind yourself to have a conversation with your mind,

To calm down your mind,

Acknowledging how you're feeling,

Acknowledging that your mind is stressed out and thinking a lot,

Trying to find solutions,

That your mind is doing the best but that you can also relax,

That it's safe to relax because a lot of the times we create chaos,

We create worries as a pattern that have been going on in our lives for so long that it can be hard to break,

It can be hard to relax and this is one of the ways that you can do it.

So remember recognize how you're feeling,

Have the awareness,

Talk to your mind,

Relax and then do it again until it becomes a new normal.

So let's take a deep breath in together through your nose and release it through your mouth.

Taking a deep breath in through your nose and releasing through your mouth.

I hope this was helpful and I see you next time
