Welcome to this guided meditation to help you relax and get out of your mind and feel into your body.
This practice will guide you into a place of confidence and ease within yourself and we can notice that when we have this place within us,
That it's calm,
That trusts the world outside,
The challenges don't feel so big anymore because we feel grounded in ourselves and we feel at peace.
So make yourself comfortable and cozy,
Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose and letting out through your mouth,
Feeling into your body,
Relaxing a bit more as you breathe in and out,
In and out,
Calming yourself,
Calming your mind,
Beginning to feel the presence of your bones,
The muscle,
Feeling the clouds touching your skin,
Feeling your chest and your belly raising up and falling down,
Expanding into all that you are and releasing into all that you are not and in this practice today I'm gonna guide you to detach from your thoughts and to really see yourself as pure consciousness,
See yourself as the witness of your feelings,
The witness of your experiences,
The witness of what's going on in your life and by doing that you're able to detach yourself from your problems,
Your challenges and then you have the wisdom and discernment to make decisions from a place of peace and calm and confidence.
So take another deep breath in,
Exhaling through your mouth,
Allowing your body to deeply relax as you begin to let go of your thoughts and being present in your heart.
Bring your awareness to your heart center,
To your chest and notice if it's expanded,
If it's light or if it's tight and contracted but allow yourself to just observe and be the witness without judgments,
Letting go of the judgmental mind,
Which is always telling you how things should be,
How things should not be because when we identify ourselves with our minds we are giving our mind control,
When in reality we are consciousness,
We are awareness of our consciousness,
The shoulds and shouldn'ts,
The must have,
The obligations that our mind creates,
Creates resistance into our lives to accept what is,
To accept the gift of the present moment and all we have is the present moment but we are conditioned to look at our past,
We're worried about the future and we're missing out on the power of the now where we create our reality.
So today we're gonna breathe into the resistance of the shoulds,
Of the have-ness and letting go with your exhale,
Being fully aware and present into the feeling without the judgments,
Just witnessing and being there for yourself by breathing in and out,
As you deeply relax and find a place within you of confidence,
Trust and ease and just know that you are the soul,
You are light,
You are pure unconditional love,
You are peace,
That's your natural state of being,
What's going on in your life now,
It's a perception,
It's your mind and if you're feeling that you don't have much confidence,
That you're stressed,
I invite you to take your power back to yourself and see yourself,
Your heart,
Your light,
Who you are growing very big and expanding,
Expanding to the entire world,
Feeling whole,
Feeling powerful,
Feeling confident from this place of wholeness where you feel expanded,
I invite you to look down at your challenges and set them love and light,
So much that they dissipate and now you fully release and let go and surrender to the divine,
Knowing that you are this divine,
That you are one with all that is and that is nothing that you cannot overcome because you are powerful,
You are wise,
You are resilient,
You are smart,
Intelligent,
You are fully supported by the universe,
By the people that you love,
By your guides and angels,
Be what it is like to be supported in all that you desire to do,
In all that you desire to be,
In the creation of your beautiful life,
Just feeling a deep sense of peace,
Support,
Love,
Joy,
Pleasure,
Coming back to the presence of your body,
Taking a deep breath in and out,
Feeling relaxed,
Grounded,
Feeling seen and heard and letting your soul guide the way and show the way and every time it all gets too much,
You can always come back to this practice to ground into your body,
To ground into your essence,
Let go of the judgmental and busy mind,
Releasing the resistance and surrendering to your joy,
To your delight,
To your love,
Feeling confident and at ease.
