Welcome to this guided meditation.
My name is Jessica Ele and today I will guide you in a meditation for emotional healing.
So begin by sitting in a comfortable position with your back,
Your neck and your head straight.
You can rest your palms in your legs or you can lie down if that's more comfortable for you.
Let me start by taking deep breath in,
Sending the air to your belly and expanding your belly.
And when you breathe out,
You press your belly.
Take another deep breath in,
Sending the air through your belly and breathe out pressing your belly.
So it's time to bring your awareness to your body,
To your legs,
To your ribs,
To your back,
To your arms,
To your neck,
To your head.
And relax and let go.
Bring your attention to the center of your heart and notice how does it feel like.
Is it expanded or tight?
Just stay there for a moment,
Acknowledging and feeling it.
It's much uncomfortable than what I feel like right now.
Just stay there for the moment and be there for yourself.
And ask yourself what am I feeling?
What does it make me to feel this way?
Feeling is part of the healing process.
So now ask yourself what would make me to feel better now?
What would help me?
What do I need to feel safe,
Complete and whole?
Visualize yourself receiving this thing that you need right now.
Feel what it is like and let the wave of good feelings expand in your body.
And with this wave,
Visualize a beautiful pink light,
And let it be the light that you need right now.
Visualize this pink light expanding to every cell of your body,
Every organ and muscles,
Releasing the tensions,
The worries and all that's causing emotions.
And with this wave,
Visualize the light that you need right now.
Feel what it is like to be safe within yourself.
Feel what it is like to validate your feelings and allow this pink light to spread to every cell of your body.
Feel what it is like to be safe within yourself.
Feel what it is like to be safe within yourself.
Visualize and allow this pink light to wash away any sadness,
Confusion,
Doubts,
Loneliness and worries.
Say to yourself,
I am protected,
I am heard,
I am safe.
I am protected,
I am heard,
I am safe.
I am protected.
I am heard.
I am safe.
I am protected.
I am heard.
I am safe.
I am protected.
I am heard.
I am safe.
Bring your awareness to your heart center and notice how it feels like.
Feel your heart pulsing joy,
Happiness,
Safety and expanding this energy reaching everyone around you.
This energy recharges you and renovates you and cleanses you from the inside out,
Making you feel lighter and lighter.
This energy brings you calm and ease and peace and joy.
With all of those feelings,
I would like you to come back in 5 steps.
1.
Moving your fingers and toes 2.
Holding a pink light in your heart 3.
Taking a deep breath in 4.
Saying I am safe 5.
Opening your eyes Give yourself a big hug right now and feel the relief,
The healing,
The lighter and having hope that everything is already working out the best way possible for you.
Every time you feel sad or you feel that emotional stress is getting to you,
Say it I am protected,
I am heard,
I am safe.
