Welcome to this energy healing practice to release overwhelm and anxiety.

My name is Jessica Erler,

I'm a Master Energy Healer and I will guide you today.

To begin this practice,

I want you to choose a comfortable position.

You can lie down with your eyes closed,

You can sit down on a chair with your feet touching the ground,

Connecting with the floor supporting you,

Beneath you.

As you begin to make yourself comfortable,

I want you to surrender to receiving the energy healing today and set your intention for what you'd like to receive and how you would like to feel.

This practice is not to get out of your mind but this practice is to help you connect with your body and allow you to release what is creating overwhelm,

What's making you anxious and what is taking you out of your center of peace,

Of love and ease.

Close your eyes,

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Feeling deeply relaxed as you breathe in and out,

Just witnessing the airflow,

The inflow and the outflow of your breath.

Trusting that your body knows how to breathe even when you're not thinking about it and as you begin to relax a little deeper,

I invite you to visualize a pink color in your heart center as a portal that's being opened to receive the energy of unconditional love,

Trust,

Of care,

Of support and you feel the energy entering through your heart chakra,

Spreading down to your legs,

All the way to the bottom of your feet,

Releasing any tension,

Any pain in your legs,

In your knees,

In your wrists.

Now this energy moves up to your belly,

Up to your stomach,

Cleansing and releasing any discomfort,

Any stress and anxiety.

Just allow yourself to receive this beautiful energy with healing benefits and downloads to help your body self-heal.

Visualize the pink light spreading through your shoulders,

Through your arms,

Through your wrists and hands,

Feeling lighter and relaxed as you feel your body heavy,

Lying down or sitting down.

You feel the weight of your body as you relax a little deeper and now you visualize this energy moving up to your neck,

Relaxing your face,

Moving to the top of your head,

Cleansing and clearing your mind,

Your thoughts.

These stories you have been telling yourself,

They are creating overwhelm and making you feel anxious.

You visualize this pink light removing,

Cleansing those thoughts and replacing with love,

Clarity and trust.

Now your body is covered with energy healing and I want you to take a few moments to connect with how you're feeling.

Perhaps you have some emotions coming up to surface,

Perhaps you feel like crying,

You feel a huge sense of relief or maybe you have some memories coming up.

I just want you to witness whatever it is that you are experiencing right now.

Now bringing the focus to your heart center,

Breathing into your heart,

Releasing the heaviness,

Releasing the worries,

Releasing the tension.

As you begin to feel lighter and lighter,

As you relax deeper and deeper,

You're ready to let go.

You feel lighter,

You feel recharged,

You have clarity,

You have focus and you know,

You just know that everything is gonna be okay.

As you connect with the true essence of your being,

You just know and then you are able to realize that your mind is a blank canvas where you can paint whatever it is that you desire to feel and to experience.

And you know that every time you're feeling overwhelmed,

It's because you are filling your canvas with things that you don't really want,

With fear,

With worries,

With situations that are beyond your control.

Remember that you can choose what you want to paint in your blank canvas.

As we end this practice,

I ask you to take a deep breath in through your nose.

Releasing through your mouth,

Bringing your focus to the bottom of your feet,

Grounding yourself into Mother Earth.

So you can be fully present in the moment and in your physical body.

So you can feel strong in your energy,

Strong in yourself and safe.

And know that you received whatever it is that you needed today.

Remember that you can always come back to this meditation to receive this energy healing.
